Ring Of Honor Wrestling

Ring of Honor is the biggest independent wrestling promotion in the United States, and one of the most followed wrestling companies on the internet. WWE’s CM Punk, Evan Bourne and TNA’s Samoa Joe, Homicide, and Alex Shelley made names for themselves in ROH before moving on to where they are now. Like WWE and TNA, ROH has their fair share of promos, gimmicks and angles, but their emphasis is on straight up wrestling unlike their competitors. Some of the most critically acclaimed wrestling matches in the last decade have taken place in an ROH ring. These matches include Bryan Danielson vs Roderick Strong, Samoa Joe vs Kenta Kobashi, CM Punk vs Samoa Joe, and Blood Generation vs Do-Fixer.

Ring Of Honor tours the East Coast and Midwest as well as the occasional trip to the West Coast, Canada, England and Japan. They currently have a tv show on HDnet every Monday at 8pm EST. Check out the video preview for next weeks show featuring a sneak peak of current World Champion Austin Aries vs Roderick Strong here.

Yours truly will be attending ROH’s September 26th event in the Manhattan Center. Also in attendance will be Bret “The Hitman” Hart! The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be! It’s gonna be crazy.

Check out the latest ROH Video Wire to catch up with their current storylines and feuds. Eddie Kingston and Chris Hero hate each other!

For more information on Ring of Honor, check out www.ROHwrestling.com. You can watch all of their HDnet Episodes on this Youtube Channel. Seriously, it’s good stuff and a great alternative to WWE and TNA.

Dee & Ricky for Geordie Wood Photography

Taken from Geordie’s site

Photographer Geordie Wood
Models Dee, Ricky and Swizzy
Production Mike Cash

Last Monday I did a spec shoot with a few friends from Staten Island. But this time around we added Dee and Ricky to the mix. These twins have been making serious moves lately. Their lego inspired accessories have been huge the past couple years having found their way in to virtually every fashion magazine, on Kanye West and MIA and on the Marc Jacobs runway. These guys are really working it so check out their site and blog on hypebeast.

If anyone out there is interested in the photographs definitely give me a shout. It would be great to find a digital or print publication interested in distributing the work. Feel free to give my new studio number a call… (646) 484 9489.

No shoot is a successful one without some good food, here’s some behind the scenes …

Santana – Soul Sacrifice (Woodstock 1969)

So I was watching Vh1 all weekend because WoodStock turned 40… Woodstock movie and all sorts of interesting stories were being televised. One story in particular caught my attention and it involved Carlos Santana and mescaline. Santana wasn’t supposed to go on just yet, but just as the mescaline hit, they went on stage. Rumor has it Santana’s guitar was turning into a snake, so all of his facial expressions are of terror & concentration.

Question: How many bands of today can even do what Santana did on that stage?

Johnnie Walker – “Walk” (Video)

Munnday on a Monday

If only this were real and question: what do u think Olivia Munn smells like? Is it a combination of cucumber, melon and hotness ?
