Street Soccer: New York is an independently-funded documentary film about camaraderie and overcoming incredible circumstances to achieve one’s dreams. It’s the story of 12 homeless men as they prepare for the 2009 Street Soccer USA Cup. The film shows how sports can change people’s lives and it highlights the effectiveness of the Street Soccer USA organization, which helps the homeless get off the streets, find jobs and reconnect with family members. The men in this film are an inspiration and represent an entire population of homeless people in America. This film will shatter your judgments of the homeless and how to address the problem of homelessness. .

We need more inspiring films like this to get the upcoming generation, our youth motivated. So go go go, send money!

If you’ve got 25 mins and like to look a beaches watch this. Barefoot Wine presents One Beach. A film about creativity, optimism and having fun cleaning our beaches around the world.

If you go to Midland beach or South beach in Staten Island never step foot on those beaches, most likely you will find a hypodermic syringe just chillin in the sand. This doc doesn’t talk about filthy syringes but it does stress the importance of keeping beaches clean.

HOLY SHIT!!!!! Im in this…Asaad is a Philadelphia-bred musician, and at 21 he already has a prolific catalogue of music. With a deep-rooted past in the music industry, the support of his peers, and a vast fan base, little is known of Asaad’s identity. Over the weekend, Jessie Boykins III dropped off a brand new music video or should I say a street etiquette short film directed by Joshua Kissi. I am posting this video for three particular reasons. 1. New Jessie visuals are always welcomed especially for this song. 2. These close up shots of a shirtless Jessie were pretty incredible *winks*. 3. Some good footage was captured. Other than that this video was pretty simple yet effective. I can see Mr. Kissi has potential though. Enjoy it.

This doc is the brian child of tattoo artist, Miya Bailey, Bailey hopes the doc will help raise awareness and create a stronger support system for up and coming black tattoo artists.

The trailer really makes valid point some rappers tattoos are horrid. Talent & skill set shouldn’t be measured by race or gender. If your a talented artist you should be supported & paid. I look for expertism I dont mind paying extra for quality work.

Shit I tipped my tattoo artist an extra buck 50 just because the work done was fantastic, the environment was super clean. I have the itch to get another tattoo, good work is good work period.
