Watch CM Punk & Other WWE Superstars Skydive

This was all part of the WWE Tribute to the troops week. Watch CM Punk, Alberto Del Rio, Kofi Kingston, Cody Rhodes and Eve Torres skydive with the Golden Knights. Im real jealous that the Parachutist gets to be very close to Eve and Eve’s butt.

I have a question if you join the Army as a parachutist what do you do for your entire time in the service? Do you go to competitions and show off America’s parachuting skills?

Review of WWE’s Monday Night Raw 12/05/11

The youtube account I subscribe to got shut down due to infringement right. As you know I like to accompany the visual when doing my review. So until I find an account that uploads the entire show, clips of the program are gonna have to do. Sorry folks. lets begin shall we.

John Cena comes out to start this week’s RAW a split reaction with half boos and half cheers. Cena talks about Roddy Piper and thanks him for what he said last week. He says again that everyone has the right to say whatever they want about him. Blah, Blah, Blah.

Cena switches gears and talks about CM Punk. He wants a title shot. I’m not mad that idea. Cena/Punk 4 or 5 would be a good watch maybe after WM its too soon to repeat angels.

Alberto Del Rio comes out and says the match is his. Cena says “you lost and everyone saw it.” Del Rio says “that didn’t count.” Del Rio shows the clip of his head being bounced off the exposed turnbuckle last week, and says that Punk cheated. Here comes Vickie Guerrero…with Dolph Ziggler.

Dolph deserves a title proper World Title Push. Ziggler asks Cena and Del Rio if they know who has the longest title reign in the company. It’s Ziggler. That is a good point. Ziggler has been United States Champion for a long time. Segment still not over here comes The Miz.

Review of WWE’s Monday Night Raw 11/28/11

Tonight’s WWE RAW Supershow opens with clips from CM Punk vs. Alberto Del Rio at Survivor Series as Lawler hypes the rematch tonight. What older fans like my self really wanted to see was Piper open RAW.

Hall of Famer and OG Roddy Piper makes his way to the ring for a special Piper’s Pit. Last few times I saw Piper on WWE TV he looked like complete shit. On Monday’s RAW Rowdy Roddy didn’t look like he was half dead, thats always good.

Piper said something that made me nod in agreement. “How a guy who never won the WWE Title, one who wasn’t ever the biggest or strongest, has became a Hall of Famer and one of the biggest icons. The answer energy”.

Piper talks about how when the crowd cheered him, he did good things, and when they boo’d him, he did rotten things. Piper goes on and brings out John Cena. Piper says Cena is the face of WWE, but the booing is getting louder. Piper starts poking Cena to tell the fans what’s on his mind.

WWE’s Survivor Series 2011 Review

The twenty-fifth annual Survivor Series held at Madison Square Garden, 16,000 plus were ready to see the in-ring return of The Rock and CM Punk win the WWE title. If you weren’t super hyped for The Survivor Series than ex this out and go watch old folks play bocce ball.

The build for the PPV was a bit sketchy at first but WWE hit a stride and it showed in the quality of the product. From open to close, I was looking forward to seeing what. I believe Survivor Series is the Kick off to Wrestlemania. Tweet me if you think otherwise.

United States Championship Match Dolph Ziggler vs John Morrison: GREAT show opener. AMAZING RING WORK by both performers. Ziggler has been one of the best superstars in the WWE for months. Vickie saving the nearfall and being ejected was clutch she really played up the ejection. Anyone else noticed Ziggs used the Fame Asser? The finish went like this Ziggler got his knees up when Morrison attempted Starship Pain and then hit the Zig Zag.

Will CM Punk Win The WWE ttitle Tonight?

So I got a massive amount of tweets, asking me do I think CM Punk will be victorious and win his second WWE Championship? Honestly I’m not sure if Punk will win, I hope he does. WWE has a history of throwing a curve ball at the “sure thing”. I cant see how Punk wouldn’t win. I get the chase is by far more entertaining. If Punk doesn’t win than my common sense leads me to believe WWE might save it for a rematch at TLC in December.

Here’s a fun fact the last Raw of the year is in Chicago on December 26, so Punk walking into his hometown as champion might be the best bet. WWE has a lot of options. So if Punk does not win tonight don’t fear Punkamaniacs before this year is over, CM Punk will have the WWE Title once again. Hopefully he changes that ugly belt. Were waitng for the change Punk.

Shawn Michaels vs Psycho Sid Survivor Series 1996

Later today WWE will telecast the 25th annual Survivor Series. This year the event takes place in Madison Square Garden. Its been a minute since WWE held a Survivor Series at the garden. I think 2002 was the last time. Survivor Series is one of my favorite pay-per-views. It is one of the “Big Four” events, in my opinion it the kick off WrestleMania.

The 1996 Survivor Series has two of my favorite matches. Stone Cold vs Bret hart and Shawn Michaels vs. Psycho Sid for WWF Championship. I wasn’t amazed at the match what makes this a favorite of mine was Sid being the crowd favorite. Cities like NYC, Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago tend to cheer for the heels. I think most of the cheers Sid received were from anti-HBK and pro-Bret Hart fans.

Say what you will about Sid’s in ring ability, dude was crazy over. This match also shows the greatness that is Shawn Michaels. HBK could carry a broomstick to an awesome match. Sid looks beastly through this match thanks to HBK.

RIP Eddie Guerrero is trending worldwide.

One of the greatest wrestlers passed 6 years ago today. Eddie Guerrero was only 38 years old. Here are two Eddie matches that stick out in my mind:

Eddie Guerrero Vs Rey Mysterio (Mask Vs WCW Cruiserweight Championship)

Eddie Guerrero Vs Brock Lesnar WWE Championship

These two match are completely styles. The one thing they both have in common is Eddie’s story telling in the ring. Even when Eddie was the “rudo” he was still over, his cheat to win gimmick is my all time favorite. Today on twitter Eddie Guerrero is a trending topic Viva la raza!

Review of WWE’s Monday Night Raw 11/07/11

RAW, England I’m excited not really but anything is better than seeing The Muppets.

Cena opens the program and is greeted with boo’s. John mentioned the record breaking “one day” ticket sales, for Wrestlemaina 28. Brilliant move to announce Rock vs Cena the night after Wrestlemaina 27.

Wrestling fans who haven’t watched in years are now watching again. Then we get a Survivor Series plug. Cena plugs next week’s show…Where The Rock will be live in Boston for a three hour edition.

I marked a bit when he said when the madness meets the maina. (Savage/Hogan reference for anyone born after 95)

Before Cena could finish, he was interrupted by The Miz & R-Truth. Miz cut an amazing promo. Truth added “get got”. Both went down the ring to attack Cena, Zack Ryder makes the save as the pop for Ryder was huge. Clearly you can see Cena is a Ryder supporter and it was a nice built up for Ryder.

WWE’s Monday Night RAW That Featured Muppets (REVIEW)

Ive have been asked, why is this column entitled “The Week In Wrestling” if all you cover is Monday Night RAW. My response is why watch Smackdown theres a “super show” for that. Why do I have to sit through a Wade Barrett match when I can see Mark Henry (Smackdown’s World Champion) on the RAW “super show”.

I also got an email asking why haven’t I covered TNA Impact Wrestling? My response is Id rather listen to Racks or that Tony Montana record on repeat then sit through “impact Wrestling”. Once Vice Russo, Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan get fired then Ill consider viewing that shit show.

Even WWE’s sub par story lines as of late are far more engaging than anything TNA can conger up. So with that lets start this review…

If you remember last week John Cena asked “The Great One” to be his tag partner against The Miz & R-Truth at Survivor Series. So yea RAW starts off with The Rock in a prerecorded promo. Its Dwayne, the actor who used to wrestle. Who’s part time wrestling again. Side note What the hell is The Rock on? HGH? Maybe Anadrol, Dianabol or Sustanon to bulk with Anavar or Primobolan to lean out? The villain goatee with gray hairs might foreshadow a turn maybe.

The Rock does the typical Rock stick. The people this that people that add a few candy asses and close with catchphrase. So the “People’s Champion” The Rock, John Cena’s WrestleMania XXVIII opponent will be Cena’s partner at the Survivor Series.

That is how this past Monday RAW Halloween Supershow started. O yeah The Muppets are the Guest host of RAW. Yeah I can careless about that nonsense as well.

Ultimate Warrior Calls Occupy Wall Street Protestors Hypocrites

“I find it a little ironic that most of these kids own iPads and iPhones and all these material things. They’re a big part of the consumerism that goes on in this country,” Warrior told TMZ.

video platformvideo managementvideo solutionsvideo player

This might be the first time The Warrior has ever spoken logically. But he does make a point If you’re purchasing items from the places you oppose you aren’t fighting for financial change in this country. Your supporting the greed of those companies.

Not to shit on The Warrior, but this dude will sell anything with his name on it. Go on his website and see for your self.
