I got into ECW a month after this PPV. I used to watch ECW at 2am on MSG. If you fought to stay awake you knew you were going to be entertained. Before the Attitude Era was the end all be all in professional wrestling there was ECW. The idea of what ECW did in the early years changed the wrestling business.

A group of “misfits” who wrestled in bingo halls & high school gyms helped cemented there place in wrestling history. I over heard once at an indy show if you can get over in a HS gym you can get over in an arena…..
