Very early on in my career I was introduced to Staten Island dj, producer & emcee, J.Force. Shit in my mind J.Force is a goddamn legend the dude knows some of the best of the best to ever wax poetics in hip hop. I would play Force cuts from my mix tapes in there infancy and he would give me his feedback.
Force would also come kick it on my radio show and play records and educate my listeners on the backstories of some famous singles he was around to witness get recorded.
Recently J.Force released Cadillac Respect. Cadillac Respect is a 22 track project filled with a collection of SP-1200 revisits entirely produced by J.Force. I knew from jumpstreet Cadillac Respect would be very boom to the bap. Forces bring it back to the days of “exclusives” heard on Marley Marl & Pete Rock’s Future Flavas Radio Show.
