Yep! More goodness from the trio that makes everything better. Seeing them on tour made me enjoy their music even more. I guess that is what happens when you see live shows full of energetic performances. Oh,and Young Roddy is growing as a rhymer. I’m proud of him.

Curren$y takes the time to spit lyrics on the best song Shaq ever made. Interpolating the beginning of one of B.I.G.’s verses as a chorus, Curren$y makes way for doing his usual thing: stream of conscience flow about whatever it is happening at the moment. I like this song. It is a testament to his flow and work ethic.

Remember when Spitta and Wizard were best friends a couple of years ago? aka the good ole days? Now Cameron’s replaced Curren$y with…well we all know with who. I had no idea this was happening but apparently these guys are working on a project together? I think that’s awesome. Big Jerm produced this track which I think perfectly fits the relaxed flow that Wiz and Spitta have. I’m a little surprised to Sean on the track but hey, after buying Finally Famous the little big man can do no wrong in my eyes. I’ve been bumping that album for a week and a half straight. I DO IT!

This is some extra smooth ish coming courtesy of Dom and Curren$y. I am not sure who produced this…Ski Beatz or whomever…but this is some cool-kushy-smoke-and-chill music. Dom goes through his regular. Curren$y always breaks out into his realm of consciousness-reality-verbiose flow that has one over many fans. You actually have to listen to him. Let me stop talking. Another song from Weekend At Burnie’s album. Noticing the footage, it is pretty much the before, during, and after life of a show. Taken off of his tour, Curren$y gets a chance to rock the crowd, smoke good, and meet fans. I guess he is living the life after all.
Side note: why are people noting that throwbacks are coming back in style? They are throwbacks. Throwbacks shouldn’t fall victim of trends and bullshit. They are worn for historical purposes. History doesn’t change. Why should the importance of a throwback change right along with it?
