This is a nice song. Actually, it is quite soulful in its entire composition. Sounding more honest and less commercially contrived, Drake drops some lyrics on this on that are…well…honest. Not like he isn’t honest anyway. But it seems more heartfelt and less cliche’. Maybe its the lack of autotune. Who knows. But linking up with k-os on this song can only help him in the long run.

Well, I guess the Black Liberace Drake has finally made a video for “Headlines”. This is a cool video. Even with the unshaven look and the Cosby sweater, Drake is doing what he does. I just hope that this album doesn’t suffer from the sophomore slump.

Okay, please do not pass your judgements on me posting this Justin Bieber remix. I actually like it ALOT and i’m not that big of a Belieber. After seeing him dressed as Big Sean wearing those twerpy glasses and awkwardly kissing Disney hottie Selena Gomez his stock has immensely decreased within these past 24 hours BUT, this joint is still pretty dope. Bieber does a great job on complimenting Drake’s flow. Canada For The Win on this one.

Another bangin’ ass song from Game. You know what, I would be pleasantly surprised if all the leaks made this album. I would also be pleasantly surprised if he concentrated on the music doing what it needs to do for him. The song even has a dope message: save our women. That is all.

This song is actually better than expected.
I can’t front: this is dope. Not some next level musical flow. But the rhymes are highly potent and the production has the proper knock that whispers “sleeper club hit”. Then again, it could become an even bigger hit. I say this: I hope Tha Carter IV is actually successful. I’m just a fan of good/great music.

I got home last night from watching Crazy, Stupid, Love (Ryan Gosling I love you) and saw that at 1AM Drake decided to premiere this via OVO. Headlines serves as his first single off his upcoming Take Care LP which is slated for an October 24th release. Not sure how I feel about this single just yet, I might have to play it a couple of times to formulate an opinion. You can let us know yours in the C-section though!

Now this is what I call a mix. What was supposed to be a mix of Drake’s “Marvin’s Room” and “What You Need” by The Weeknd, became a love triangle involving the vocals of Sade.
