Family favorite Smoke Dza has a new song with Harry Fraud, a producer that has been catching heat for his latest production for The Kid Daytona, Action Bronson, and Eddie B. Smoke Dza does what he does best: spit his heavy references and street lingo like none other. Smoke Dza becomes more and more underrated as the time goes on.

I know that Christmas is over. I don’t care. Everyone doesn’t get a chance to see the goodness of yuletide greetings mixed with hood fuggery. However, Smoke Dza didn’t want to let anyone down. Thus, we get to witness only the type of madness he can provide: Christmas in the trap. Yes, people. Even the “candy store” has a good time during the holidays.

Straight off of The Lord Giveth, The Lord Taketh Away is this jam. Oh, and you can tell they are recording in a home studio (i.e. owned by someone…probably in their house or such). You see all the beer bottles? Stacks of shoes? The signatures on the walls? Yeah, they are truly relaxed and chillin’ in their own type of vibed out environment.

Smoke Dza refuses to slow down for haters, naysayers, or detractors. Taking the time out to link up with the big homie from out west, Dza got more visuals for that Rolling Stoned album. With features in the video from the regulars (K.R.I.T and Sant) and even some that were unexpected (Corey Gunz), this is reminiscent to other hustler videos like Jay-Z’s Dead Presidents. Enjoyable nonetheless.

This has to be the most hilarious tour ever outside of anything Redman and Method Man could ever sponsor. From hyped live shows to tour bus foolery, there isn’t a dull moment from what I see.Commentary on Dza’s shaven head is one thing. But Shipes riding around Wal-Mart shirtless reciting lyrics made for swangin’ and bangin’?

You can’t make this hilarity up.

Smoke DZA releases his latest video directed by Creative Control which can be found on Rolling Stoned, that is currently out now! What I love about this video is that not only does it take me back to summer memories but true to DZA’s aesthetic it’s very reminiscent of that classic New York hip hop that we love so much. That’s why I mess with Smoke’s music, before this New York movement that’s recently been stirring; DZA’s been a great and consistent representation of NYC hip-hop. I’m happy to see that people are finally putting him on their radar. Enjoy!

Yes, it was one of those nights, people. Of course I had to get the Polo signed. What better way to do it than get it scribbled on by the Rugby Champ himself Smoke Dza. Oh, and he did his thing at the A3C Festival, too. BUT, his showcase had to be cut short due to time issues. This really messed up a situation in which a show could have been even better. Big Sant, Killa Kyleon, and even Big K.R.I.T didn’t get to shine at his set. *sigh*

How in the Hades did I miss this? Smoke Dza and Asap Rocky with a video for 4 Loko? And I wasn’t one of the first to post it across the world wide webmania? Wow. I must be slipping. Regardless, I shall give you all the regular at the top and the chopped and screwed at the bottom. Love it!

OG Ron C and the Chopstars are back at it again. Giving the codeine treatment to this Smoke Dza jam off the often underrated Rolling Stoned, now everything Dza spits is even more comprehensible. You get a better feel for where he was coming from. Nothing better than that!

The Kush God invited CurT@!n$ to do Smoke and Dope,then Spoon did 2 cuts of his own. Two moments stand out for me 1. Hearing the crowd sing the words to Divine Music, 2.EVERYONE AT SOB’S HOLDING UP LIGHTERS when the DZA performed The World.

I’m proud of my brother. He did the damn thing last night. DZA is a genuine person & a great friend. His work ethic is constant he constantly evolves as an artist and deserves all the successes that comes with the music industry.

If you are sorta in the know about Smoke DZA, my advice is cop Rolling Stoned.

From shaking cats up on the court to watching Mac Miller and Big Sant blow on some loud, the life of Smoke Dza is always entertaining. Spitta doing dances? Hilarious. Walking down the street to greet old men? Humbling. Yet, it never seems like a dull moment. I guess this album should do the trick when it drops tomorrow, huh?

Tonight it goes down Scum DZA’s retail release drops August 30th, there will be a whole bunch of surprises. GUESS WHO IS DEEJAYING FOR THE DZA?

Now that Rolling Stoned is going to be here in the matter of days, it has been time for Dza to release some music to the masses. His music is only getting better and better (which is great). With that said, this jam gets into the mentality of having your own to get into your zone. You can’t fault a man for feeling that way.

YES! Ain’t nothing better than listening to some banging music after listening to a pirated copy of a lackluster major label album (think Dwayne Carter). This is virtual relief for me at this time. Can’t expect anything more than some great music from Action Bronson, anyways. Plus, Kushed God has been on a lyrical tear as of late.

This is Smoke Dza just doing what he does best. He’s smoking, chillin’ and making money. I didn’t know he was that damn funny, though. People need to stop sleeping on him though (XXL).

Right here, you can listen to Smoke Dza keep it real. He waxes poetic about life, what he think is cool, and making sure he comes with dope music. He labels his compositions as “lifestyle music”. Meaning: what he rhymes about is what he either lives presently or lived in the past. He even goes in about the talent crop that is present within hip hop and the faultiness of the major labels. Big ups to the Kushed God.

#KushedGod takes the time out to chop it up about his upcoming barcoded released Rolling Stoned. He speaks on the inspiration of the album title, who will be featured, and staying in the loop. Since becoming a BIG fan of his, I do understand the mentality behind what he does. Smoke Dza works to remain true to what he’s about: smoking, Rugby gear, and living over dope production. I can only look forward to more of the same with this album. And it BETTER get another lame ass “L” rating in XXL, either.

Smoke Dza drops his first single off of “Rolling Stoned”. And no, he lets nothing lack with this song. Everybody does their job. Big Krit brings a banger that just rides within your ear canals like the musical notes bought a Cadillac to drive. Yeah, it’s that nice. And the chorus? Pure truth.

LOVE this song! Shot out and about during a putt-putt golf match, this video is actually some cool shit. You can’t really hate on what Dza is bringing to the table. Plus, he’s down with the Lo Lifes now. Time to get with it, people. Rolling Stoned is coming sooner than you think.

How in the hell did XXL give this album a “L” rating? Did they visualize the same thing listening to this music? The beats: thorough. The rhymes: hood yet reflective and mature. The overall package: just simply banging. No way in Hades a mixtape of THIS quality gets such a “cool” rating. And this video is further proof that The Hustler’s Catalogue should have gotten an XL. I never knew that Smoke Dza was this damn hilarious. Well, I always figured Shipes was a nut. But Dza is a character. Singing the chorus to Krit’s hit, cranking jams, bouncing to some Lex Lugar production…you gotta see it for yourself. Don’t let me ruin the good time.
