This doc is the brian child of tattoo artist, Miya Bailey, Bailey hopes the doc will help raise awareness and create a stronger support system for up and coming black tattoo artists.
The trailer really makes valid point some rappers tattoos are horrid. Talent & skill set shouldn’t be measured by race or gender. If your a talented artist you should be supported & paid. I look for expertism I dont mind paying extra for quality work.
Shit I tipped my tattoo artist an extra buck 50 just because the work done was fantastic, the environment was super clean. I have the itch to get another tattoo, good work is good work period.
