Christian Louboutin F/W 2011: Luis Flat and Rantus Orlato.

Christian Louboutin, a key staple in high end footwear has released a preview of his Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. You may remember his famed studded sneakers which were released last season that everybody from Chris Brown, Swizz Beatz, Lil Wayne, to Omarion, Birdman, Pharrel, and Jaden Smith were seen wearing on multiple occasions. Though the Luis Flat, and the Rantus Orlato isn’t as flashy and comes off a little more tamed I still like them, because of the simplicity of it all.

The Luis Flat sneaker above is comprised of all brown pieces, including the suede exterior, laces, and sole. However the Rantus Orlato is made of checkered brown color schemed fabric, finished in brown polished leather, and standardized with a brown sole.

DITA x Thom Browne F/w 2011 Collection

DITA, and Thom Browne have teamed up together to make 40′s – 60′s inspired eye glasses. The eyewear at hand isn’t like anything you’ve seen before… Well, I know I haven’t DITA and Thom Browne band together to come up with a piece of eyewear that is timeless, while still incorporating modern day style into their designs.

The eye glasses consist of titanium, cable temple ends, and horn brow bars.  Yes, its true these may not be for everybody, and may be kind of hard to pull off. But even if you don’t wear them it would be nice to just sit them on display and admire the exquisite craftsmanship.

Velour 2011 Fall/winter Collection

Swedish based label Velour releases photos of its 2011 F/W Collection. The upcoming installment in Velour’s line is laid back from waist down and pretty laced up from the waist up. To me it seems like the fashion house is trying to accomplish finding a gray area between casual calm serene clothing  and not so casual calm serene clothing. In my eyes Velour defiantly did what they set out for and the line is quote on quote “The Shit.” Theirs only one problem I have though… Its the jeans! The jeans are to baggy to me, maybe its because Im a huge fan of skinny jeans but Velour could of at least went for some fitted jeans. Other than that though Im diving in head first. The F/w wear features button downs, trousers, faded jeans, loafers, tanks, coats, overthrows, scarfs, knits, sweaters, blazers,  and cardigans .
