Maybe I was just expecting more. You know what stellar work Money in the Back, SummerSlam and Survivor Series where. Royal Rumble should have been more of the same…Instead it was total shit. Some build up in certain areas, but for most of the PPV it had an Inception type sleep.

World Heavyweight Championship Triple Threat Steel Cage Match Daniel Bryan vs Big Show & Mark Henry: First match of the night is the Triple Threat Steel Cage Match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Daniel Bryan tried to escape the cage over the top, but Big Show gets a hold of Bryan, holding the entire weight of Bryan with one arm. Big Show finally looses his grip and D-Bryan drops to the floor to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.

Bryan is shaping up to be a great heel. I hope his title reign carries into well WrestleMania, so far the way he has been booked and they way he reacts after his “victories” is great. Plus Daniel’s heel beard is boss.

8-Diva Tag Match Beth Phoenix, Natalya, & The Bella Twins vs Kelly Kelly, Eve, Alicia Fox, & Tamina: Diva’s match yeah we know how that goes it ends with Beth Phoenix hitting Kelly Kelly with the Glam Slam for the three. My HDTV had Beth Phoenix, Natalya and The Bella Twins boobies on my screen 8 sets of boobies #AWESOME.

John Cena vs Kane: I have been telling all who read this that WWE is toying with us about Cena going heel which isn’t going to happen. We all know he is going to be booo’d like a son bitch at WrestleMania but isn’t that expected? So what feels like years has only been a few weeks of Kane, trying to get John Cena to “embrace the hate”. The only thing John Cena embraced was a nice safe match.

Kane and John Cena fought outside the ring, it was the typical good guy makes a comeback against the “stronger villain” the match ended in a double count-out. After the match, Kane and Cena brawl to the backstage area where Cena throws Kane into a group of trash cans. Kane is then able to find a steel chair and hits Cena on the back. Kane then notices Zack Ryder personal dressing room, Kane kicks in the door and starts to attack a defenseless Zack Ryder. Kane uses his gloved hand and in seconds Ryder is unconscious.

Kane then wheels Ryder to ringside and delivers Tombstone Piledriver to Ryder. Hot Eve Torres watches in horror, she’s real hot when she cries. Super Cena makes his way to the ring, but is greeted with a chokeslam.

Brodus Clay vs Drew McIntyre: Drew McIntyre had a match….I laughed too. McIntyre was given another chance at the Royal Rumble. If McIntyre defeated The Funkasaurus Brodus Clay. He was Rumble bound. We all knew how this was going to end…SQUASH MATCH!!!! Anyone else catch The Funkasaurus having a difficult time snapping off his Kidd Rock looking outfit?

WWE Championship CM Punk vs Dolph Ziggler (Special Referee – John Laurinaitis): One major flaw I saw in last Sunday, was the ending of Dolph Ziggler /CM Punk feud. I like that WWE is not passing the championship around like a cheap whore. But the era of long reigns mean nothing. The multiple times a wrestler holds the title means more. CM Punk won the WWE Title in November at Survivor Series. So his reign as been over 80 days. Punk’s popularity is red hot so Punk winning is business as usual.

Now it seems like its on to the next one… I still believe Punk/Ziggler could be huge feud. Both are tremendous talents and have never had a dull match. The match it self was great 4 GTS’ with Ziggler countering one. Punk playing the hero who has to be 12 steps ahead of a boss who is out to get him, while Laurinaitis played mind games and had a referee officiate the entire match.

I wish the obvious had happened with Laurinaitis screwing Punk out of the WWE title. WWE is trying to slowly build Ace/Punk to be this era’s Austin /McMahon. It doesn’t have the same impact but it does work. Since the Elimination Chamber is later this month. We could have saw some bitch-assness by Johnny Ace making Punk angry.

30-Man Royal Rumble Match: The Royal Rumble match should not have had Michael Cole, Jinder Mahal, Jey Uso, Epico, Hunico, Old ass Hacksaw and Mick Foley. Santino and Foley had a face-off with Socko and the Cobra sock, that might have gotten the biggest pop of the night. The Miz and Cody Rhodes looked like stars. Ricardo Rodriquez might have had entrance of the night.

When Miz tried to eliminate Kofi Kingston, and Kofi does a handstand, walking on his hands to avoid elimination I marked out, one of the most impressive things I have ever seen. Kofi might have took twenty or thirty steps before making it to the steel steeps.

Kharma returns, she held her own with Dolph Ziggler before getting eliminated. Road Dogg Jesse James does like six moves and the crowd chats “YOU STILL GOT IT”, I’m not sold on that but it was fun to watch. The there are some elimination we dont care about, blah blah Orton comes out home town hero pop. The Big Show enters the rumble blah blah.

Fast forward to the final four which is Sheamus, Big Show, Randy Orton, and Chris Jericho. Orton eliminates Big Show, Jericho gets rid Orton. Finally it comes down to Jericho and Sheamus. We get a great back and fourth from Jericho who looks like he hasn’t lost a step. Finally Seamus Brogue Kick’s Jericho off of the ring apron with the to win the 2012 Royal Rumble.

The Rumble match it self was lackluster only to be saved by Chris Jericho and Sheamus both really made the ending a great watch. I’m not mad that Sheamus won the match, Jericho was my pick. What can I say I’m predictable.

If you thought Anyone but Chris Jericho would return yesterday ex this tab out now. Jericho saying the mystery man was Brock was a red herring. With all these cryptic videos the IWC (Internet Wrestling Community) knew these promos were Jericho related.

I can not tell a lie, I’m kinda bored with Jericho’s come backs. Reinvention is always a good thing. Jericho’s character’s have never stale thats for sure, I think thats why were all a bit like what the fuck was that on Monday Night Raw.

We’re all use to Jericho’s grand return which leads to the massive crowd pop, wordie promo and crowd change. Yet this time it was a bit different. Jericho was slapping fives and pandering the crowd. He went into the ring grabbed the mic said nothing and left. At first I quite upset I thought the celebration was going on to long, then I re watch his return upon second viewing, I realized the sarcasm of all.

Jericho was building heat. Clearly Jericho will be a heel and this particular return was mocking the WWE “universe” for its embrace of CM Punk. Jericho’s new character seems like a self centered, Hollywood diva. He’s playing a different heel maybe the egomaniac cant have someone else calling them selves “best in the world”.

Many fans on Twitter had a mix reaction for Jericho’s return. Some thought It was brilliant and others thought total let-down. It was neither. By saying nothing he did what he had to do create heat.

The crowd pop’d when he first came out and boo’d when he exited the arena. There’s going to be a steady build to this in weeks to come. All roads to Punk/Jericho at WrestleMania. I predict Jericho will win the rumble and then choose to face CM Punk at WrestleMania for the WWE Championship.

The one issue I had with his return was the promos had nothing in common with the actual return. What did the girl in the promos have to do with his return? I need to know the “she that holds the mystery of your rebirth” bullshit. Maybe the mysterious girl is a metaphor for CM Punk? Hopefully this isn’t a work and were lead down the Positively Page route.

John Cena comes out to start this week’s RAW a split reaction with half boos and half cheers. Cena talks about Roddy Piper and thanks him for what he said last week. He says again that everyone has the right to say whatever they want about him. Blah, Blah, Blah.

Cena switches gears and talks about CM Punk. He wants a title shot. I’m not mad that idea. Cena/Punk 4 or 5 would be a good watch maybe after WM its too soon to repeat angels.

Alberto Del Rio comes out and says the match is his. Cena says “you lost and everyone saw it.” Del Rio says “that didn’t count.” Del Rio shows the clip of his head being bounced off the exposed turnbuckle last week, and says that Punk cheated. Here comes Vickie Guerrero…with Dolph Ziggler.

Dolph deserves a title proper World Title Push. Ziggler asks Cena and Del Rio if they know who has the longest title reign in the company. It’s Ziggler. That is a good point. Ziggler has been United States Champion for a long time. Segment still not over here comes The Miz.

If Ziggler/Punk dont happen I can see Miz/Punk working extremely well. Miz plugs the 3 hour Slammy Award show next week. Miz looks at Del Rio and says his title reign wasn’t one month long. He looks at Ziggler and says he doesn’t need Vickie Guerrero to get him over. If you caught on by now they all want shots at Punk’s WWE title.

Johnny Ace makes his way to the ring and says each guy in the ring will face a Smackdown guy and if they win they are entered into a championship match at the TLC Pay-Per-View

So its Alberto, Miz and Dolph get matches vs Smackdown superstars. If they win they’re in the TLC title match with Punk. Later that night a contract singing will take place. Cena isn’t getting the same treatment and instead will be part of a “social experiment” whatever that is. Miz is in action first against Randy Orton.

This could be the main event for tonights program but its the opening match…Great first match to have on a show. Miz wins by count out when Orton chooses to chase Wade Barrett as oppose to win.. WWE hypes the Network that will debut next year. You know Im super stoked I already watch hours of Sportscenter so its only fitting I watch hours of WWE programing.

A show called Legend’s House will be the crown jewel. The premises will be WWE legends living under one roof. This has Iron Sheik written all over it.

I can see myself wear the Ryder Wig. WOO WOO WOO. Laurinaitis says that the social experiment will be Cena vs. Ryder. If Cena wins, he is in the WWE Championship match at TLC. If Ryder wins, he gets a US Title shot at Ziggler.

David Otunga still has a career sorta. He tells Kevin Nash that he will face Triple H at TLC in a ladder match. Nash says he doesn’t do ladder matches. So its a sledgehammer ladder match. Otunga says there will be a sledgehammer hanging above the ring and the winner gets to beat the other guy with it.

Mr Jennifer Hudson tells Nash that he is in action tonight. Michael Cole says it will be the first time in 8 years that Nash has a match on Raw.

Alberto Del Rio vs. Daniel Bryan. This feud could have amazing potential. D-Bryan has the MITB briefcase and ADR wants another shot. See where I am going with this. The match was ridiculously short. Del Rio counters a guillotine choke by tossing him rib first across the top rope.. cross arm breaker.

Theres a Diva’s match but more importantly we get the newest cryptic “It begins” video. The way WWE were pushing these videos with social media was innovative and brilliant. This weeks video has all sorts of confusing shit like a field a ball is rolling across the floor.
a creepy little girl in the middle of a room. The words “look within” appear on the screen. Maybe Jericho? Maybe The Undertaker?

Zack Ryder vs. John Cena. the crowd was very pro Cena. Fun match to watch. Rough Ryder countered to the AA and Cena wins.. Ryder popularity only works in major cities. Zack is pissed because “this was his only shot” Cena is all “give me one second” and leaves. So yeah Cena gives up his spot so that Zack gets another oppertunity so now Ryder has one more match up next if he wins he gets the US title match.

Hopefully it’s Brodius for weeks we seen videos hyping his return. Nope its Mark Henry no Brodius yet again. Henry is still playing the injury. Cena’s out to cheer him. I forgot to mention its a no DQ. So Cena hits the AA and Ryder wins. Ryder is official the number 1 contender to the US title. Ryder just beat the WORLD champion to get a US TITLE SHOT.

Segment of the night goes to Ziggs. In the back Ziggler is angry with Vickie Guerrero. They find out he is facing Sheamus. Jack Swagger says he will be in Dolph’s corner if needed. Ziggler tells him no because he will screw him over. Swagger gets angry and the two argue. Ziggler laughs and says “I’m just playing.” Swagger says “ok so I’ll see you out there then?” with a straight face Ziggler says “no” and walks away. See why Dolph is the truth.

The last time Nash wrestled on RAW was August 18th, 2003. If im not mistaken that was the night Nash tore his quadriceps after being out for months and months. Nash didnt tear anything tonight. nWo music hits and here is Nash with the sledge… Cuzo Drew texted me saying “I freaking love that he uses the nWo theme not gonna lie.” His opposition, you wonder? Santino. Side slam, big boot and the Jackknife. Nash didn’t do much but still looked like shitty. He’s got the sledge now no attack.

Ryder’s out to ruin the only fucking match I wanted to fucking see… distraction leads to the brouge kick. Ziggler loses… fuck this show…. fuck Zack Ryder…

Dolph Ziggler vs. Sheamus- Ziggler show boating is getting funnier and funnier every time he is on TV. Sheamus does what he does best beat opponents up. He sets up for the Celtic Cross but Ziggler rolls down his back. Zack Ryder’s music hits and he runs down the ramp. Ziggler is distracted as Sheamus hits the Brogue Kick for the win.

Zack Ryder sure is being used a lot tonight. He was involved in 3 different matches tonight and had a backstage promo. I’ll never complain about that. Ryder gets in the ring and hits the Rough Ryder on Ziggler. The terrible crowd kinda cheers as loud as they have all night.

It looks like the main event at TLC in Baltimore will be CM Punk vs. The Miz vs. Alberto Del Rio. Can we all agree contract signing segments are terrible?

I really loth them. I have for years. At least Punk is in it, The Miz and Alberto Del Rio are in suits. Thats another thing I never understood why get all fancy to sign a contract?

Anyway John Laurinaitis is in the ring he talks about Brodus Clay debuting soon, he plugs next week’s 3 hour Slammy Awards show, and next week’s main event John Cena vs. Mark Henry. Then he introduces CM Punk. Punk comes down to the ring, he gets rid of the chair and table in the ring and says this is a big cliche.

He says these things always end in a pier 6 brawl and wants that term to trend on Twitter. He says Laurinaitis is neither creative nor exciting and that there hasn’t been a peaceful contract signing since Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania 3. He tells Laurinaitis to play the part of Jack Tunney so that they can all sign and then fight.

Laurinaitis says the match at TLC will be a TLC match (tables, Ladders & Chairs). Miz says that he took out R-Truth and John Morrison. Punk says “You took them out? Like on a date?” He asks if he took them out to see the new Twilight flick.

Miz said he injured Morrison so bad that Laurinaitis had to release him. Laurinaitis says “I’d like to take this time to wish John Morrison the best in his future endeavors.” when Ace just wished Morrison the best of luck in his future endeavors with a point and wink that was pretty darn funny.

Del Rio says they are little girls and that he is the best in the world. He say’s in 2011 he won the Royal Rumble, Money in the Bank, and the WWE Championship. Punk cuts him off and says “if you say it’s because of your destiny I swear to Jebus I’m gonna start drinking.”

Get it Punk is Straight Edge and doesn’t drink or do drugs of any kind. All three sign the contract Punk wants to fight after he signs but Laurinaitis says no. Ace wants a photo op so Punk hits Miz the with mic and we get a pier six brawl. Punk puts Del Rio through a table and the GTS Miz.

Hall of Famer and OG Roddy Piper makes his way to the ring for a special Piper’s Pit. Last few times I saw Piper on WWE TV he looked like complete shit. On Monday’s RAW Rowdy Roddy didn’t look like he was half dead, thats always good.

Piper said something that made me nod in agreement. “How a guy who never won the WWE Title, one who wasn’t ever the biggest or strongest, has became a Hall of Famer and one of the biggest icons. The answer energy”.

Piper talks about how when the crowd cheered him, he did good things, and when they boo’d him, he did rotten things. Piper goes on and brings out John Cena. Piper says Cena is the face of WWE, but the booing is getting louder. Piper starts poking Cena to tell the fans what’s on his mind.

Cena says he has no idea as to what Piper is talking about when piper says energy isn’t important to Cena. Piper talks about how the fans wanted The Rock to Rock Bottom Cena at Survivor Series and when he did, they came cheered. A “Boots To Asses” chant starts up.

Cena says response’s with the political answer, its the fans right to cheer and boo who they want blah blah. Cena went one to say you can’t please everyone and says the fans can do what they want. Piper slapped him in the face to try to get him to wake up, Cena just walked out the ring. So now the story line headed into the next few months “are boos getting to Cena?”

This Cena segment was suppose to be about the fans that boo Cena, so of course the crowd is sorta pro Cena tonight. The one time WWE tires to acknowledge the boo’s it sorta blows up their face. They were hoping for an anti cena crowd, so Piper is pretending it’s anti cena… Cuzo Drew texted me “totally weird stuff with this Cena segment.”

First match on RAW is a falls Count Anywhere Match. The Miz vs. John Morrison. JoMo makes his entrance The Miz attacks from behind, the bell rings and Miz goes for the leg.

Miz continues to attack Morrison’s leg we even see a kendo stick out makes a cameo appearance in this match. Morrison grabs the stick and channels his inner Sandman. Miz crawls up the ramp, Morrison and the kendo stick follow suit. Skull Crushing Finale on the stage Miz official wins.

Miz just destroyed JoMo…Tonight was Morrison’s last night with the company. Im curious as to what is Morrison’s next move. TNA Perhaps? Cuzo Drew agrees that JoMo vs AJ or JoMo vs Austin Aries would be a ton of fun to watch.

After celebrating, Miz takes a mic and heads to the ring Miz says last week it was R-Truth, this week it’s John Morrison. Next week, we’ll see. He says he can do it because he’s awesome.

The Bella Twins vs. Alicia Fox and Kelly Kelly. Its a Diva’s match 8 sets of boob four sets of cheeks, I enjoyed Beth and Natalya jogging around the ring then up the ramp. This match ends with Alicia hits her leg drop finisher for the win.

John Laurinaitis and David Otunga are backstage talking about Brodus Clay. Laurinaitis says the longer he holds off on his debut, the more impact it will have. Ummm I dont know about all that but this makes the 6th week in a row WWE has pushed back.. Clays “debut”.

Del Rio walks in and says Survivor Series was a setback and he will walk out tonight as WWE Champion. CM Punk walks in and mocks Otunga, Laurinaitis and Del Rio. Punk says the WWE Title isn’t going anywhere. Otunga says that sounded like a threat and implies Punk will get himself intentionally DQ’d tonight to retain the title. Laurinaitis says if Punk gets himself DQ’d, he will lose the title. “Sir I have a law degree from Havard, I know what people are thinking without saying it” ahhh Otunga…

Dolph Ziggler vs Randy Orton. Ziggs actually had a non squash match with Randy Orton. Are you seeing what I have been telling you for weeks? Ziggler is the truth. Wade Barrett comes out for commentary, so I watched this match on mute. Great back and forth action. Orton hits the second rope draping DDT. Orton goes for the RKO but Ziggler rolls out of the ring and goes to leave. Barrett gets on the apron and Orton dropkicks him. Ziggler runs in from behind and lays Orton out for the win. Easily the best match of the night. Dolph Ziggler most improved all around performer in 2011.

Michael Cole is in the ring with Daniel Bryan. Bryan wonders if maybe he has just some of Cole’s respect now and mentions winning the four-way. Cole keeps calling Bryan a hypocrite for trying to cash in on Mark Henry when he couldn’t compete.

Last week on Cole SmackDown with Big Show snuffed Henry..like KO’D Henry, Bryan cashed in, his Money In The Bank. Got the 3 count. We all think he is the new Heavy Weight Champion, I jump up and down and make a ton of racket only to see the match overturned by Teddy Long.

So now Cole breaks Bryan’s balls about this situation. Cole says Bryan disgusts him and he’s nothing but a hypocrite. Bryan defends his actions saying the briefcase doesn’t guarantee him anything. He saw an opportunity and took it.

Henry comes to the stage and says Bryan should be ashamed of himself for trying to take advantage of him. Henry is still playing up his injury. Henry says it’s ok because he’s the World’s Strongest Man and he will defend his World Title in the steel cage. Bryan leaves the ring and starts walking up the ramp. Henry says Bryan can’t beat him.

Bryan walks up the ramp and kicks Henry’s foot that’s in a boot. Bryan says we will see tomorrow night and walks to the back. How much swag did this segment have? Tons. Daniel Bryan has a great heel beard going. Hopefully the Bryan push continues.

Zack Ryder vs. Jack Swagger. Yes another week Ryder is on RAW, WOO WOO WOO!!!! Swagger attempts the Swagger Bomb twice but Ryder puts his feet up. Ryder hits the Ruff Ryder for the win.

Mick Foley comes out dressed as Santa Claus to promote tomorrow night’s SmackDown special. Not much to it at all. Foley really never made me go WOW this guy is great. The Hell in the Cell with the Undertaker is Foley’s greatest achievement in my opinion.

Backstage CM Punk is stopped by Josh Matthews. Matthews asks about the stipulation that Laurinaitis added to the match. Punk says Laurinaitis can kiss his ass. Crowd Pops.

WWE Title Match: Alberto Del Rio vs. CM Punk. Ricardo Rodriguez introduces Alberto Del Rio. I still mark too Del Rio’s intro. Throughout the whole match Del Rio goes to worked on Punk’s arm. Punk did a great job of selling the arm. Later in the match Punk suicide dives through the ropes and takes Del Rio out on the floor both are back in the ring. Del Rio with more focus on Punk’s arm.

Del Rio unties the turnbuckle pad. The referee turns his back to fix it. Del Rio throws Punk a chair, trying to get him disqualified. Punk doing his best Eddie Guerrero impression throws it back to Del Rio and drops to the mat.

The ref goes to DQ Del Rio. Ricardo gets on the apron and argues with the referee. Del Rio goes to throw Punk into the exposed turnbuckle. Punk counters and drops him onto the turnbuckle with a GTS for the win. After the match, Punk celebrates and hits Ricardo with a GTS.

Closing Thoughts: RAW has been much better the last three weeks. Alberto Del Rio vs. CM Punk? No heat for the up coming TLC PPV. We have seen them wrestle for free on RAW for the title interest gone.

I got a tweet asking me if I feel The Miz ripping off Chris Jericho’s promo style? Nope. Miz is really getting into a groove if Miz keeps this up hes going to be an a great heel.

Dolph Ziggler continues to impress the hell out of me. We all need to see a Punk/Ziggler run. The match they had on RAW 2 weeks ago held my attention from bell to bell. The crowd popped for every two count. Both worked well with each other.

Daniel Bryan finally gets the TV he needs to develop this bad ass character. I seen him be super bad ass in ROH. If your new to D-Bryan be prepared to enjoy the beard.

Cena opens the program and is greeted with boo’s. John mentioned the record breaking “one day” ticket sales, for Wrestlemaina 28. Brilliant move to announce Rock vs Cena the night after Wrestlemaina 27.

Wrestling fans who haven’t watched in years are now watching again. Then we get a Survivor Series plug. Cena plugs next week’s show…Where The Rock will be live in Boston for a three hour edition.

Before Cena could finish, he was interrupted by The Miz & R-Truth. Miz cut an amazing promo. Truth added “get got”. Both went down the ring to attack Cena, Zack Ryder makes the save as the pop for Ryder was huge. Clearly you can see Cena is a Ryder supporter and it was a nice built up for Ryder.

As Dolph Ziggler makes his way to the ring, Cole and Lawler mentioned Ryder’s online petition. Ryder has been tweeting a petition for a match against Dolph Ziggler at Survivor Series for the US Title. We all know this is a go. Two things need to happen Ziggler moving from mid card to main event and Ryder going over. I think a Punk/Ziggs feud would be impressive. The amount of new content Ryder would do on his web show if he had the U.S title would give it some zest. Its been rather stale as of late.

John Morrison vs Dolph Ziggler. I know I said WTF too. Luckily for Morrison he was facing Ziggs so my interest was held. Shockingly the chemistry between Ziggs and Morrison was money in terms of ring quality. The crowd was a bite mute which was odd to me because this was a great match. The head scissors DDT combo Morrison did was very impressive. The match ends with Ziggler rolling up Morrison, getting a near fall. Morrison was able to counter into a pinfall for win. You can breath a sigh of relief I don’t see a Morrison Push.

Mason Ryan vs JTG. JTG is still employed who knew. I didn’t. This was a squash match NEXT…Mason Ryan is bigger than everybody and his in-ring limitations are starting to show. Don’t expect to see more than two minute squash matches.

Backstage, We get a Bella twins/Zack Ryder segment. Ryder brags about being Cena’s partner. The Bella’s are super hot and their twins. WOO WOO WOO.

Michael Cole announced JR was detained so “The Michael Cole Challenge” will take place It will be next week in Boston. Cole ended the promo by saying instead of “Raw gets Rocked, Raw gets Coled” next week. Do we care? I don’t.

Alberto Del Rio vs Kofi Kingston. I enjoyed the matches ADR and Kofi had earlier in the year on Smackdown, but this wasn’t going to be a 15 minute back and fourth this was a one sided lets build ADR’s heat as champion match. Del Rio won via tapout with the Cross Armbreaker. It’s important that Del Rio be booked strong going into the match with Punk. Post match, Del Rio put Kingston in the Cross Armbreaker again as we all wait for CM Punk’s music to hit.

Punker was greeted with a nice pop. Del Rio complained about how Punk got his title shot, Del Rio ripped on the fans and demanded to be treated with respect. Punk responded by saying that when people watched Del Rio’s promos on DVR they could hit fast forward without missing anything, Punk calls ADR boring. Punk said he’d beat Del Rio and make the WWE Title interesting again. (Punk has said this once already and didn’t deliver, were still waiting Punk)

Del Rio wanted Punk to cancel the match. Punk said NO!!!! Del Rio tried to attack, Punk fought him off, Ricardo Rodriguez saves ADR for his efforts Ricardo gets a GTS to the dome piece.

I enjoyed the promo. The back and fourth was a bit rough but Punk and Del Rio did a good job of making me want to see this match in two weeks at Survivor Series.

Jack Swagger vs Santino. Who cares Swagger won with the ankle lock. You know its bad when the announcers talk about the Michael Cole Challenge and not the match.

Jerry Lawler was in the ring and he introduced Kelly Kelly, she’s on the cover of Maxim. When was the last time anyone even read Maxim? Remember when WWE Diva’s had Playboy covers.

The Divas of doom come out they really own yet the crowd tuned out, Hot Eve Torres and Alicia came out to save Kelly.

The interim Raw GM John Ace introduces Kevin Nash. Nash must be doing no shave November like my self cause he was in good beard. Nash has a new contract. Nash claims he got the biggest pop of the night at the Royal Rumble, but Hunter wouldn’t sign him. He wanted a full contract but only got a legends contract. Nash felt justified about the attack on Hunter. I like the intensity set fourth by Nash. But I just don’t see him doing much in ring work a paper cut will put him on the injury list. REMINDER WE SAW THIS FEUD BACK IN 2003.

Now we go backstage, Laurinaitis talks to David “thank god I still have a job” Otunga. CM Punk walked up. Otunga earned his paycheck when he said he don’t see a WWE Champion to looking like he worked at a gas station. Punk had a great line before attacked Mr Jennifer Hudson. Del Rio showed up and beats up Punk.

Back from break, Cole and lawler recapped the Punk/Del Rio attack. Kudos WWE creative for finally selling soap. I now care to see a WWE Title match.

The Miz/R-Truth vs John Cena/Zack Ryder. YEA BUDDY Ryder is in a main event. Ryder pops like crazy. he’s over people and he did that all on his own SWAG!!!!! Ryder for much of the match took the ass whoopin. He finally got the hot tag to Cena (hot tags are what make tag team wrestling amazing). Were about to see Super Cean but Miz kicks Cena in face, goes for the covered, Truth grabbed Cena’s foot and we see a REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY WEAK FINISH.

At any point at the end did Cena even sell the threat of Awesome Truth? I did like Cena saying “thats your one you dont get two”. Remember in the 80s bad guys were made to look like a threat. We get it Truth & Miz will do anything to win, but give me the classic brass knuckles. Anything is better than that ending.

Word around the IWC (internet wrestling community) WWE had to shoot the ending twice. The first time, Truth botched the ending. These are our bad guys will are suppose to be a threat to the Rock.

Closing thoughts: You know what really pissed me off how I don’t have a job as a commentator. Sometimes I really enjoy the commentating of Michael Cole and than other times I’d rather listen to that Cat Daddy song then hear NO SELL. Lawler plugging WWE’s newest video game saying it was his favorite made me cringe.

Dude your as old as my dad, he doesnt know what XBOX 360 is. My dad knows tools and Marlboro’s, the man hasnt a clue on how to send a text message. So I’m not buying Lawlers old ass is playing a video games.

Cole makes reference to Ryder’s “Internet Championship” yet we never see Ryder bring it to the ring. Ryder’s John cena stan shit needs to stop. I can give two flying fucks that Brodus Clay returns next week.

Was this even a “Supershow”? I read Smackdown had a house show in the UK so the roster was in the building. Where was Mark Henry?

I believe the 3 hour Raw next week with The Rock’s live return (he will be in the building in Boston) will really promote the shit out of Survivor Series. Like I said last week this Pay-Per-Veiw lives and dies on The Rock.

I also got an email asking why haven’t I covered TNA Impact Wrestling? My response is Id rather listen to Racks or that Tony Montana record on repeat then sit through “impact Wrestling”. Once Vice Russo, Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan get fired then Ill consider viewing that shit show.

Even WWE’s sub par story lines as of late are far more engaging than anything TNA can conger up. So with that lets start this review…

If you remember last week John Cena asked “The Great One” to be his tag partner against The Miz & R-Truth at Survivor Series. So yea RAW starts off with The Rock in a prerecorded promo. Its Dwayne, the actor who used to wrestle. Who’s part time wrestling again. Side note What the hell is The Rock on? HGH? Maybe Anadrol, Dianabol or Sustanon to bulk with Anavar or Primobolan to lean out? The villain goatee with gray hairs might foreshadow a turn maybe.

The Rock does the typical Rock stick. The people this that people that add a few candy asses and close with catchphrase. So the “People’s Champion” The Rock, John Cena’s WrestleMania XXVIII opponent will be Cena’s partner at the Survivor Series.

That is how this past Monday RAW Halloween Supershow started. O yeah The Muppets are the Guest host of RAW. Yeah I can careless about that nonsense as well.

CM Punk who is wearing the best T-shirt ever from the greatest movie B movie classic ever Big Trouble in Little China made me mark that much more. Best martial arts comedy film EVER. Jack Burton, played by Kurt Russell, was the protagonist in the film.

Punk faces World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry in a non-title match, if Punk can defeat Henry, Punk will receive his shot for the WWE Title against Alberto Del Rio at Survivor Series.

During the match, WWE Champion Del Rio comes out with his personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez, Rodriguez attacks Mark Henry with his patent leather shoe. Yeah Henry doesn’t get show weakness in a Hell In The Cell, but a shoe really does damage. Henry wins via DQ, no WWE title shot for CM. Punk loses his shit and suicide dives onto ADR, Punk tosses Ricardo to Henry.

The pig and the frog get introduced. I loose interest faster than listening to a Charles Hamilton mix tape, only to get pulled back in when out comes Swagger and Vicki. Both start to bully The Muppets, like I called last week Santino aids The Muppets in comic relief. Santino says its him vs Swagger tonight and Ziggs vs Ryder.

A Divas Costume Battle Royal is next. Remember when WWE would have these chicks strip down to almost nothing? Those were the days. Kelly Kelly is dressed as a pirate, Eve is dressed as Robin, Alicia Fox is a sailor, Rosa Mendes is a cavewoman, Aksana is Morticia Adams, A.J. is Kitana from Mortal Kombat, Kaitlyn is Dog The Bounty Hunter, The Bella Twins are Mario & Luigi, Tamina is an Egyptian Goddess, and Natalya as the Queen of Hearts.

Here is how this shit show ends. Natalya eliminates Alicia Fox, followed by Kelly Kelly. Eve catches Natalya off-guard with an elimination to become the #1 Contender for the Divas Title.

We get another Muppets segment with Dr Bunson creating an energy drink that he wanted Beaker to send to Santino. Beaker gets interrupted by Christian who is bullying Beaker. Since Sheamus is one of the main faces in WWE’s anti bullying campaign lets teach the young’s not to bully.

Sheamus told Beaker that he wouldn’t be able to make the family reunion later in the year. He then spiked Beaker’s ginger hair great usage for two upper midcarders.

Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett defeated Air Boom via pinfall, since Wade Barrett was in this match I raided my goddaughters trick or treat goodie bag for snickers, when I returned I saw
Christian run in to attack Kofi. Sheamus makes the save could this be a survivor series multi-tag match? NOPERS Evan Bourne is suspended for 30 days he violated WWE’s wellness policy.

The amount of research I had to do to get the names of these goddamn Muppets angered me beyond belief. The old muppets are named Statler and Waldorf. They are watching the show and one of the old muppets does the Stone Cold WHAT! chant.

Punk walked into Laurenitis’ office and wanted to know if he thought that what he saw in the ring was fair and impartial. Laurenitis said that Punk was still allowed his match at Survivor Series so long as Del Rio agreed to give him one.

So now its The Big Show vs Alberto Del Rio the silence during the match spoke volumes. This match felt like it went on forever. Del Rio tired to do something un heard of wrestle and make the Big Show look decent. ADR really carried this whole match, ADR attempted a rope assisted enziguri but was hit with Big Show’s knockout punch mid-air. Thank you WWE creative for killing ADR’s heat?

Post-match CM Punk arrived and grabbed the mic and a bottle of water. Punk sits Indian style poured the water on Del Rio’s face and told he was going to lock him in the anaconda F’N vice until Del Rio agreed to give him the title shot. Clearly we get a yes.

The storytelling between Punk and ADR has been strong. Is Punk back in his anti-hero tweener role? lets hope so the photo above angers me.

We get another Muppet segment with Gonzo and Fonzy, Cue Swagger and Ziggler who stretched out his arms and tied them around his face. Swagger and Ziggs are the reason a fuck has been given with these Muppet segments.

Can someone explain to me how Santino still has a job? His matches aren’t amusing with out Vladimir Kozlov as his comedic foil his segments fell weak. Why is he still employed. Shit rehire the Boogeyman at least his entrance was cool. Santino beats a former world champion with a spit take. OK where is the Ziggs/Ryder match.

Next match was Ziggs vs Ryder. MATCH OF THE NIGHT!!!! The crowd was into this match the entire time. The pop for Ryder on the first pin was crazy. Real talk this feud has been great. Ziggler and Ryder really need to continue this run. I need to see it given the whole shebang. This should lead to an eventual US Champion title reign for Zack. Then elevate Ziggs to main-event so he can go after Punk, if and when Punk gets the belt back.

Cody Rhodes really does own, The only segment I liked with The Muppets involved Rhodes placing a paper bag on Kermit the Frogs head. He says nothing yet owned. Let that boy cook.

The Miz vs Cena, what can I say we been down this road the match wasn’t to bad but it was the typical Cena match. I wont even make mention for R-truth’s interference wearing a Scream costume. It didn’t add anything to the finish Miz couldn’t get the W, I get it were selling soap, this match is on The Rock’s return without establishing a must see match. We all know there’s no way Rock and Cena will lose.

Closing thoughts: The show felt like a repeat, haven’t we seen this all before? With all this Muppet madness you forget Hunter and Kevin Nash even have a feud. With Hunter being out Now what? Do we care? How many times can they Jump start this old man beef?

Besides the the Ziggler/Ryder match what really caught your interest. Before you say Dwayne’s promo re watch it and tweet me your thoughts. That shit was a yawn fest. WWE how are you going to make Cena/Rock vs. Miz/Truth interesting? Awesome Truth is not a threat to Cena nor The Rock.

The only outcome I see really working is Cena turning heel. A Cena turn depends on WWE’s faith that Punk to carry RAW. Real talk, it’s not going to happen. The fan’s had a brief taste but WWE got cold feet. Maybe things will be different but who knows. The three-hour RAW later this month better establish the tension between Rock and Cena, Build more heat between Del Rio and Punk and really set the tone for Nash vs Hunter.

I speed through the fluff now that could be most if not all of the program, yet I still have faith so with remote in hand lets start GO….. Triple H started off Monday Night RAW, Im getting flash backs of 2003. In 03 hunter had beef with both HBK and Kevin Nash. 8 years later the old man beef continues.

Triple H said that he could make friends or make money. He said he’s always lived by those words. Hunter said he considered himself the lucky one who was able to make money and have a strong group of friends. He mentioned Shawn Michaels, Sean Waltman, and Kevin Nash. No mention of Scott Hall, REALLY Hunter.. Not cool bro not cool.

Buy this point the crowd eating out of Hunters hands. Hunter said Kevin Nash broke my heart,” The broken hearted went on to say he wants to kick Nash’s ass. Johnny Ace makes an appearance and stared to say something raspy but Hunter told Laurinaitis to shut up and not walk through the ropes. Hunter said Laurinaitis’s job for tonight was to search the building and find Nash, and bring him to the ring.

Triple H left the ring stopped to yell at Johnny Ace some more Kevin Nash walked out behind Triple H and hit him with a sledgehammer. Kevin Nash is a ninja. All sorts of craziness went down with EMS and security personal a backstage segment later triple H collapsed and foamed at the mouth.

I giggle when Cole and Lawler use the somber voices while discussing a medical situation.
Backstage Hunter, who was strapped to a gurney, gets abducted by Super Shredder. Nash put the sledgehammer in Hunters face and BAM. Security pulls Nash away from Hunter. When Nash doesn’t speak he is entertaining to watch, not all the time but moments like this he’s watchable.

Randy Orton and Sheamus beat Christian and Cody Rhodes. The match was real a good opening match. Sheamus catches Cody in the nuts with a Brogue Kick followed up with a Celtic Cross (it will always be the Razor’s Edge to me) for the three. Cole said knee but that shit was a nut kick.

Backstage, Laurinaitis on the phone with Mrs Hunter assured her that Triple H is okay. For some reason David Otunga was in the room he spoke for 3 whole seconds as John Cena burst into the room and started performing stick, plugs Zack Ryder’s Twitter page then asks to have a match with Miz and Truth. Ace says that match goes down tonight and he will pick Cena’s tag partner.

Dolph Ziggler accompanied by Vickie Guerrero and Jack Swagger beat Santino Marella. Yeah I left the room too. Ziggler hit his finisher for the victory. After the match, Swagger put Santino in the ankle lock. Mason Ryan aka Batista junior ran out and made the save continuing the build to to a Mason Ryan Ziggler match.

Backstage, the hot Bellas were standing around looking hot Zack Ryder who was super stoked excitedly announced that he’ll be John Cena’s partner in the match against The Miz and R-Truth…

Ricardo Rodriguez, is in good voice tonight as he introduced Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio talks about retaining the WWE Championship and said it’s going to stay that way for a long time.

The Punkster begs to differ and goes into detail Punk style about Del Rio. ADR calls Punk a loser and says losers don’t get title shots. John Laurinaitis makes another appearance and suggested Del Rio vs. Punk for the WWE Championship at Survivor Series. Punk isn’t exactly solid that is this easy to get a title shot and questions Laurinaitis actions. Ace wants to hear Punk say he respects him, Punk sarcastically says so and Ace responded with he now has to think about. Is this really compelling TV?

So what feels like a wasted segment Punk attacked Del Rio, who avoided the GTS. Ricardo Rodriguez wasn’t so lucky GTS from Punk…

We finally get a match and its Alicia Fox vs Natalya. Beth Phoenix was on commentary. Beth kinda looked hot. Lets not forget to mention Wade Barrett beat John Morrison. The announce team could careless about this match just like you and I. Michael Cole talked about tweeting

Michael Cole in the serious voice announced that Triple H suffered a concussion. He said he also suffered a neck injury. WWE has to have stock in twitter because they plugged the shit out of twitter all night, Cole makes mention the Jim Ross has been on Twitter mean things about Cole. Cole said he wants to put an end to it once and for all. Cole challenged Ross to “The Michael Cole Challenge.” He said he was going to keep the rules under wraps. He said that if Ross wins, he’ll quit…Yeah I can care less about this match as well.

So who else is pissed that The Muppets will be featured on next week’s Raw. Really The Muppets. Are you kidding me? I bet Fozzie Bear can cut a better promo than Johnny Ace but WTF. Expect a John Cena, Missy Piggy segment. Santino Marella, Zack Ryder and Hornswoggle are going to get shoe horned into this mess as comedy relief.

For a brief second the idea of watching a John Morrison match seems better than Muppet segments, then I came back to my senses. Muppets > Morrison.

I dont know if you realize this loyal readers but kids make up a chunk of WWE’s audience, fan our age are in the 10 percent. The Muppets have a movie to promote and Vince McMahon loves this kids and Vince loves to bring ratings anyway he can. I talk as if The Muppets are real. Kermit the Frog the Raw General Manager

Josh Mathews interviewed Zack Ryder, The Miz and R-Truth attacked Ryder and left him lying backstage… The Miz and R-Truth started to make their entrance. Angry Miz and Truth cut the promo of the night

John Laurinaitis had changed the main event. Due to Ryder’s injury it will now be a handicap match. John Cena defeated The Miz and R-Truth by DQ in a handicap match. Laurinaitis entered the ring and said he wouldn’t stand for their disrespect. He told Miz and Truth to get out and then ordered the referees to escort them to the back. They started to leave, but Laurinaitis told them to stop. He said he was going to put them in a legitimate tag team match.

Laurinaitis said he picked Cena’s partner and it didn’t work out, so he’s letting Cena pick his own partner at Survivor Series. A “Rocky” chant started. Cena said that if he’s going to beat The Miz and R-Truth, then his partner must be someone who is going to BRING IT. Cena announced that his partner will be The Rock.

Closing thoughts: What I got from this RAW was The Muppets will be guest hosting next week. John Cena’s movie looks like complete ass, ads aired for The Rock’s return to action at Survivor Series and finally WWE hearts twitter a lot. I hope Cena is in on this so called “conspiracy” that CM Punk has accused Laurinaitis of being involved in. If this is a setup for Cena turning heel on The Rock at Survivor Series than all the nonsense we’ve endured for weeks on end will be worth it….Maybe

The card did not have any matches I cared to see other than The tag team title match and Randy Orton vs Cody Rhodes. Its not that I didn’t like the PPV all the matches were solid, I just got the feeling this was the fluff PPV since no titles changed hands and most feuds will continue on for Survivor Series.

Tag Team Title match Air Boom vs Dolph Ziggler/Jack Swagger: Great back and fourth between both teams. Kingston hit Trouble in paradise on Ziggler, Bourne followed up with AirBourne for the pin. I have lost count how many times I have said that Zigg’s and Swagger are a great pairing. Zigg’s and Swagger are entertaining to watch, but I think Ziggs is better suited a a singles wrestler anyone else get the Curt Hennig vibe when watching Ziggler?

U.S. Title Match Dolph Ziggler vs Zack Ryder: I know Ryder on a PPV I was hyped as well. Dolph pulled double duty, as he defeated Zack Ryder to retain the United States Championship. Ziggler attempted to escape the ring but, Air Boom returned Ziggler to the ring, the referee ejected them from ringside. Ryder hit the Broski boot.

Swagger attacked Ryder as Vickie distracted the referee and Ziggler caught Ryder with a superkick for the win. I respect Ryder’s hustle what he was able to create off the strength of social media. I would love to see title for title… The Internet Championship and the United States on the line.

I wish WWE would let Ryder defend his Internet strap on TV. Michael Cole has made reference of its existence its time WWE TV see’s that bad boy.

Divas Championship Match Beth Phoenix vs Eve Torres: Eve’s hot and Beth won. On to the next one.

Sheamus vs Christian: Christian and Sheamus work well together. Christian does all the wrestling stuff and Sheamus does the big guy/hulk up jazz. The exchanged where Sheamus hit a springboard shoulder block, but Christian caught him with a reverse DDT was great. Christian went for a spear, but Sheamus hit the Brogue kick for the win.

Awesome Truth vs Triple H/CM Punk: The spot where HHH locked in the figure-four leglock on the Miz, and Punk pulled on his arms to increase the leverage is such a throwback to 80s tag team wrestling. Kevin Nash returned and took out Triple H, continuing their old man beef. Punk prepared to take Miz out with the GTS, but Truth runs in and helps take Punk out with a new/amazing version of the Skull Crushing Finale.

Kevin Nash continued the assault on HHH and hit the Jackknife powerbomb. Lawler used his serious voice to sell the move. Do we need another rematch between Hunter and Nash? In 2003 they fought at Hell in The Cell and at Judgement Day. Cant we go back and watch those not see the remake 8 years later?

Randy Orton vs Cody Rhodes:This match might have been the most solid of the card. One of Cody’s bag men jumped on the apron, Rhodes hit CrossRhodes, and Orton kicked out. Orton hit him with a dropkick and followed up with the hanging DDT. Orton went for an RKO of his own hit it for the 1-2-3.

Rhodes plays a great heel. I wish Rhodes got the win. Cody is working hard to make the Intercontinental title relevant again. The W over RKO helps push his career to another level. Orton is uber over the dude is so over that the simplest stare into the crowd receives a pop. So a victory over RKO even if it was by cheating makes Cody’s character that much better.

World Heavy Weight Title Match Mark Henry vs. the Big Show: I hope you were expecting wrestling holds, this match was two big guys doing big guy moves. Henry went to the top rope, and Show hit a chokeslam from the top. Show then tried to go to the top ropes, and Henry caught him and hit a superplex.

The ring fell apart, just like when Brock Lesnar hit Show with the superplex from SmackDown back in 2003. even the way the ring looked seemed the same. My twitter timeline was glued to this match. I totally understand why my timeline was compelled. The storyline dates back months and WWE has Mark Henry booked so well that even a match with the Big Show was actually a good watch.

Interim Raw GM Johnny Ace then took the microphone and announced the last name standing match would still happen, props too Cena and Del Rio pulling off moves in the fucked up ring. The brawl went backstage both Cena and Del Rio threw all sorts of shit at one another like the backstage interview set.

WWE Championship Match: Alberto Del Rio vs John Cena: Attitude Adjuster through the Spanish announcers table. The referee was preparing to count to ten but out of now where the Miz and R-Truth appear attacking Cena. Cena starts to enter super Cena mode but before hes fully there, Del Rio hits him with the title belt. Cena was out of it, and Del Rio had retained the title.

Closing thoughts: With WWE having held three pay per views in a five-week period, Vengeance felt like an episode of Raw. The ring collapsing was a good finish but they need to have a rematch and have a winner. The last man standing match with the collapsed ring was different but it worked well for that kind of match. The Awesome Truth interference, makes Del Rio heel who capitalizes on an opportunity.

Its obvious the WWE is concentrating more on Survivor Series. With Kevin Nash returning and jumping Triple H, set up the Survivor Series match with Nash setting up a team to fight a Triple H created team. Will Cena and Rock be on team Hunter? Will The Rock get into with with Cena costing team Hunter the match? Survivor Series will live or die on The Rock.

When you’re in a relationship sometimes you need a kick in the ass to realize shit isn’t as sweet as you think. Maybe sensing the audience’s disappointment with the current product WWE decided to change for a while. WWE was on their toes with the Punk promo. The walkout had us wanting more, but then they reverted back to their comfortable ways.

Like most who avoid confrontation in a relationship I wasn’t going to talk about the on going problems with the program, I was going to say nothing in hopes that it would go away. I wasn’t in the most healthy relationship, I dated someone who had the communication skills of a snow pea. Fortunately, Kaz reminded me of my due diligence. So here is my review of the Monday Night RAW before the Pay-Per-View Vengeance.

John Laurinaitis starts the program off. The crowd boos as Ace introduces himself to the crowd. He says tonight marks the return of Rey Mysterio and the crowd pops. Returning to San Diego to see his doctor, Laurinaitis says. He won’t be here tonight. The crowd boo’s and Laurinaitis says he was just kidding. Ace talks about firing Jim Ross last week. Laurinaitis introduces Ross and out he comes we see footage from last week where Michael Cole led Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez in singing goodbye to Ross. Laurinaitis announces Cole and Del Rio vs. Ross and John Cena for tonight.

Randy Orton, John Morrison and Sheamus vs. Christian, Cody Rhodes and Mark Henry. Orton and Cody brawl out of the arena. Sheamus and Christian fight in the crowd and Henry kills Morrison. The match was pretty good, all the feuds involved have a nice build up going into the PPV plus Morrison should reform the job squad.

John Laurinaitis is backstage The Bella Twins are backstage there hot and talk at the same time, I would love to shower with both of them at the same time. Ricardo Rodriguez (get a great pop) walks up and Ace shrugs him off. Alberto Del Rio walks up and isn’t happy about teaming with Michael Cole tonight to face John Cena and Jim Ross. Laurinaitis reveals that the winner of tonight’s match picks the stipulation for the WWE Title match at Vengeance.

Eve vs. Natalya. Hot Eve Torres vs. Beth Phoenix for the Divas Title at Vengeance is announced. Im still on the fence on the hotness of Natalya. Natalya locks Eve in a submission but she fights out. Eve goes up top for a moonsault and nails it for the win. Its always the same match. Aren’t the Diva’s of Doom suppose to be the more powerful team? CM Punk vs. The Miz. CM Punk gets a huge pop from the crowd. The Miz with R-Truth rap “U-Suck” on the way to the ring. I think I heard some spanish ad-libs thrown in as well. Miz taunts Punk on the mic about the beating at Hell in a Cell. Truth tells Punk he won’t be smiling when Miz kicks his ass tonight and he won’t be smiling at Vengeance. Triple H’s music hits and out he comes to watch CM’s back. Great back and fourth between Punk and Miz, Punk goes for the high knee but misses and lands out on the floor. Truth stalks Punk on the floor but Triple H runs over to make sure he doesn’t attack. Punk comes to the apron and drops Miz over the top rope. Punk springboards in with a clothesline for a 2 count.

Sometime after Johnny Ace appears and says there’s an “immigration problem” and Hunter has to come to the back with him. Triple H is escorted out of the building by immigration officials. Laurinaitis says his papers were incorrect or something. David Otunga appears beside with Laurinaitis and watches Triple H get escorted out. This nonsense took heat off a great match. Punk calls for GTS but Truth comes in for the save. Punk rolls Miz up for the win. After the match, Punk gets assault at the hands of Miz and Truth. Miz hits Punk with a Skull Crushing Finale.

Jack Swagger vs. Zack Ryder. Jack Swagger is lead to the ring by, WWE United States Champion Dolph Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero. Vickie says John Laurinaitis has given Swagger and Ziggler a shot against Air Boom’s tag team titles at Vengeance. Ziggs takes the mic and rips on the crowd, the promo was amazing. Ziggs is the shit. If you think other wise you’re wackjuice. Swagger asks everyone to stand so he can sing America’s National Anthem. Swagger starts singing and the crowd doesn’t like it at all.

Zack Ryder comes out to a decent pop because Ryder is internet famous. This match was a whole 3 or 4 moves. Ryder hits the Ruff Ryder for the quick win out of nowhere. Im just glad to see Ryder getting TV time. After the match, Mason Ryan comes out, Mason takes the mic and reminds Ziggler that they have a match. Its a DQ… Kinda fast, I get why this happend it was to put over Ryan. I really want to see these two mix it up, Mason Ryan is Cuzo Drew‘s favorite and Ziggs is just awesome. I think a it could be a great feud.

Alberto Del Rio and Michael Cole vs. John Cena and Jim Ross. Ricardo Rodriguez begins the introduction for Alberto Del Rio as the WWE Champion drives into the arena now the pop was huge but I expected the crowd to go crazy. ADR is the hometown guy. John Cena pop might have been more impressive than ADR’s.

Cena starts things out for his team and Cole wants to start with him. Cena tags in JR and Cole runs his mouth, JR smacks Cole in the side of the head and knocks him down. Cole tags in Del Rio as Ross tags in Cena. Lets fast forward this since the youtube clip is below. Cena hits the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Del Rio gets up and tags in Cole. Cena pulls Cole into the ring. Cole begs Cena not to hit him. Cole one of the best heels in the company. Cena hits Cole with an Attitude Adjustment. Cena tags in JR. who puts the ankle lock on Cole for the win.

After the match, Del Rio pulls Cena out to the floor. Cena well he’s Cena and hits ADR with the Attitude Adjustment. Cena takes the mic and starts counting. I roll my eyes and say this is going to be the same match Cena had with the Miz. Cena continues the attacks and than counts to ten and announces that their match at Vengeance will be a Last Man Standing match for the WWE Title.

Closing Thoughts: Props to the homie Yelawolf, Yela is featured on the song used for Vengeance. I also get a kick on of the twitter usernames on the graphics. I don’t know how I feel about this RAW. I mean I will watch Vengeance this Sunday, but the feelings are mixed. It really is like trying to figure out whats next in your relationship. One day you look up and realize you’re apart, its like “wow how did this happen” and you don’t know how to get it back. you walk around in a daze and no matter what people say you don’t realize what others see. Don’t make me break up with you via text WWE only to call you weeks later to tell you I’m now dating TNA Impact Wrestling.

John Cena makes his way to the ring. Cena runs down all his past bosses. Mike Aldamle gets mentioned.. Cena says he’s staying for the fans. Sheamus is now in the ring and says he’s sticking around cause Hunter didn’t seek legal action when he took him out… he just came back and kicked his arse.. he calls the guys who walked out LOSERS. Punk makes his way to the ring and jokingly takes credit for everything saying he made walking out look cool. Calls the roster hippies and says he’s staying cause he settles things in the ring.

Hunter says lets give the fans a show. he books Sheamus vs. Cena, Hunter is gonna ref. Punk is gonna do commentary…. I am a Huge CM Punk supporter but at what point did he become the same cliche he spoke ill over. The hooky over acting is part of the job I know I get it. Yet last night really didn’t have the Punk feel. The science he dropped months ago has done died. Out of nowhere Vince shows face, he breaks up the match.. this angle is fucking OVER AND DONE. Its super nice guy Vince… he calls Hunter’s management style a hoot. This is the shittiest, shit I have ever seen on WWE TV and Ive been watching WWE’s product since 1988.

Hunter is forced to step down..Vince isn’t taking over though… someone unbias will take over as GM. Johnny Ace is interim general manager. WAIT HOLD UP I thought the fucking computer witht he AOL chime is GM ….What the fuck? Who the fuck is COO now??? Cuzo Drew texted me saying THAT TERM WILL NEVER BE BROUGHT UP AGAIN..

Everyone returns to work. Morrison is allowed to speak it sucked. So because he spoke to Johnny Ace in a rude fashion, he has to face Christian. Morrison gets booed… I smile he’s fighting Christian walk tot he ring with who’s out with Ziggler, Rhodes & Swagger, the stable of awesome as I like to call them. That’s the best thing to come out of this shit show. Christian wins after Ziggler distracts Morrison setting up a spear. Zigzag after the match.. then a Cross Rhodes and a gutwrench Doctor bomb

Tonight Del Rio vs Punk and Orton vs Henry. Backstage Hunter interrupts Ace while he’s on the phone with his wife.. Johnny Ace best on screen character 2011.

Henry on the mic cause he’s awesome. Cody attacks Orton, Orton gets the win by DQ . The RKO for Cody is reversed as Cody shoves Randy into Henry who takes him out with the slam. I hope Cody/ Orton will be Orton’s next feud. Rhodes slides in after mark leaves and picks him up for a cross Rhodes.. then brown bags the Viper shortly there after. So the roster walks out cause its unsafe.. and the first two matches feature heel beatdowns…

Hot Eve Torres/ Kelly Kelly vs Rosa/ Tamina, how hot is Rosa? I love spanish girls, but even hot spanish butt didn’t make this match a pleasure to watch. Easily the worst women’s match in a while, botches all over the place. Eve and Kelly Kelly win. Divas of Doom look on from a tv in the back, they do not approve.

Johnny Ace come oue yet again. Cuzo Drew texted me saying this show NEEDS more talking. Alberto vs Cena is announced for Vengeance. Really? Cena’s 11th strap? Ace calls JR into the ring, we all know where this is going. Time to and fire JR. Air Boom/ Mason Ryan vs Dolph/Swagger and Otunga. Michael Cole dropped a possible name for Swagger and Ziggs “Agents of Change”. O YEA Air Boom has new music. Ryan pins Ziggler.Borne got a stinger it seems and is being looked at.. its prob legit and Let’s all give Borne some PMA. I think he is amazing to watch week in and week out.

Del Rio vs Punk… Is it a title match? Who the fuck knows. The announce team was too busy talking about other stuff. 2 minutes into the mach Johnny Ace is out, he stopped the match and now its Punk/Alberto vs the rehired Miz/Truth.

Anyone else notice the odd moment when the heels get DQ’d for doubling up on Punk odd because Charles Robinson was only up to a count of 1 when the bell rang. Now Hunter in a tshirt and jeans runs to the ring to even the odds. Guess who is back to active duty THE KINGS OF KINGS!!!!!

Closing thoughts: Let me just say what the fuck WWE. Last weeks’s walk off owned so hard. My ADHD was at level 15. Not since the Punk promo has my markdom had me wanting to tune in the next week. Instead of awesome we got a straight up dumpster fire. I get whole PG thing but a 6 or 7 year old kid watching this isn’t following and thinking its entertaining? You guys really blew all the CM Punk heat yall had 3 months ago. The system needs to change. Its not the writers or the talent its the stupid system..

I wonder when they wrote this weeks RAW did they say this is a good idea? They probably all sat around a table and were like you know what fuck these people. I spoke with a ton of people via twitter about all the endless possibilities. FCW scabs would have been genius, plus it helps get the farm club more exposure. “Solidarity Rallies” out side of arena’s each week with Otunga and Christian being Union reps would have made great TV.

Also I think we got all were going to get out of Punk since then hasn’t done shit since his Sumerslam loss.

Hunter/Punk vs Miz/Truth at Vengeance…That’s the worst main event I ever heard and I really enjoy the work Miz/Truth bring to the table, but They’re not main eventers. Granted Miz was champion and Truth is always money but something feels off to me with this current generations idea of Main Eventers. Here’s how u define a main eventer, would you pay money to see this person perform? Now, is the Miz a main eventer? Here’s who are main eventers, Cena, Hunter, Udertaker and The Rock when he feels like wrestling this year. Lets not discredit Punk and Orton, the rest are borderline but more than anything else is the WWE logo…put whoever you want out there as long as the logo is real big so the casual fan says “oh wrestling gonna be in town”. The only exceptions ever were Bruno, Andre, Hogan, The Rock, Stone cold maybe Savage and for 5 minutes Warrior. Every other top guy is there because of the machine. Housewives across America that’ve never watched a show knows those names.

The only shining light on Mondays RAW was hearing Punk reference my good friend Rob Naylor. Naylor does color commentary for a ton of Indy feds. Naylor is a true wrestling fan who’s knowledge of the business is endless. Naylor gang for life!!!

After the match Mizzzark Henry came out held the heavyweight title in the air. Its good to see Henry rubbing shit in Orton’s face.. Orton and Henry exchange punches. Johnny Ace is out with security to separate them seconds. We see a promo video hyping the return of the Big Show before Mark Henry’s match with John Morrison. Yea I know I was like WTF Morrison. Henry made fast work of Morrison killed him dead in minutes.

Alberto, Christian, Cody, Dolph, Swagger, Otunga and Vickie hit the ring to announce they are contemplating legal action against Hunter. Hunter tells them to just shut up and fight in the main event. The Main event is a 6 on 6 against Cena, Punk, Air Boom, Sheamus & Mason Ryan. ITS TAG TEAM MANIA TONIGHT ON RAW.

We see Miz/Truth’s beatdown on Alberto, Cena, Punk, and the referee from last night and their apology from Youtube. Apparently there filing a lawsuit.

Divas of Doom Vs Kelly/Eve happened again for the 86th week in a row. Kelly and Hot Eve Torres take the action to the floor a sceaming Kelly has to be pulled off her leading to no contest. Remember when RAW had Diva bikini mini pool matches… Johnny Ace is apologizing to Hunter, Ace wants an apology back for getting knocked down? Ace then says he wants Hunter to “stand up to the talent”. My common sense is tingling so that means something going to happening involving the entire roster.

Jindhar Mahal is out to cut a promo in Indian… Kanye Shrug…Santino is back and I can give a shit less. It amazes me how over this fuck head is. They go back and forth with Santino speaking fake Indian..shit we all should file a suit for sitting through that bullshit segment. Mahal has potential, he just needs to get into the groove but I heard they are done with pushing him already.. clearly that’s the case since he got buried by Santino in seconds.

The 6 on 6 was great. The ending sequence with freaking everyone hitting finishers and big moves till Sheemus hit Ziggs with the Brouge Kick for the win. Cuzo Drew texted me saying “In 15 years Mason Ryan will be world champion” I laughed at that one.

So Hunter walks to the ring…Before I forget tweet me your response to this question. At what point did Hunter become the baby face COO? Did the shift occur when the Heels decided to fuck shit up on his watch? WWE creative really took a different route with this COO position. I think all wrestling fans are used to the scumbag bosses ie Mr McMahon and NWO Eric Bischoff. Anyway Wade Barrett is the spokesperson for the Smackdown heels great to see he still has a career. If you remember Wade tried to shut Raw down with that shitty Nexus stable a year or so ago.

Referee Mike Chioda speaks his piece and says he’s unhappy due to all the referee violence. “23 yrs and now I’m afraid to come to work”. Beth speaks on behalf of the Diva’s saying “all the divas are scared something could happen to them too”? Really Beth? Really? You kick the shit out of the men nothing is going to happen to you, had this been the attitude era a rape angle or some sort of sexual assault storyline would take place, but this is PG WWE so women are safe.

Jerry “Anal Bleed” Lawler makes an appearance speaking just on behalf of himself and says much like his ass the show is spiraling out of control… but says it’s not Hunter’s fault.. he agrees with Punk that it’s someone behind the scenes pulling the strings. Couch couch Mrs Hunter and Vince cough cough.

LAWLER QUITS, EVERYONE FOLLOWS Booker T and Michael Cole leave. Even Justin Roberta leaves..Punk/Cena/Orton aren’t even out there mind you.. EVEN THE CAMERA MEN ARE LEAVING ONE BY ONE

Hunter looks to good ole Jr, is Jr staying? Nope he’s gone. Johnny Ace is on the ramp shaking his head in disgust. Hunter throws his hands up and mouths I’m sorry to the crowd and that’s where we fade out.

Closing thoughts: How great would it be if Smackdown was a rerun? Since Smackdown is on Friday this would have been an awesome cliff hanger till next week’s RAW. Now if you remember I called this a few reviews back. Do I think it will last long NO. WWE should invest sometime with this “walkout”. Since Punk, Sheamus, and RKO were not involved, I can see tension building with them and the rest of the roster. I would love to see all the FCW workers, work as scabs. Imagine the Superstars protesting outside of arena’s all over the country.

The show starts and we see Miz and R-Truth had brought tickets to see the show but Laurentis came down with security and had them escorted out of the arena. I’m sure that’s the last we’ll see of them.

Sheamus vs. Christian: Heres how this match went. Christian does all the wrestling, Sheamus HULKS UP powerslam for two. Sheamus then attempted the razor edge which Christian reversed to set up the killswitch before Sheamus countered with the brogue kick. Decent show opener.

Sin Cara vs. Sin Cara: AKA The Lucha Off AKA The rudo vs the tecnico AKA doppleganger city AKA the crowd gave two fucks less. They should have cared this was a great match, readers please start watching Lucha libre. We all have a spanish friend who can translate plus Telemundo is free on your TV. I’ll refer to each guy as Sin Cara Blue and All Black Everything Sin Cara. This match had a whole bunch of flippy do’s and flying head-scissors. All Black Everything gets put on the floor with a senton dive, which leads to a sequence of both guys bumping heads. More flying head-scissors and flippy do’s occur until All Black Everything tries his third powerbomb of the night but Sin Cara Blue pulls out a rollup for victory. Highlight of the Match Booker T screaming Sin Cara Negro.

WWE Tag Team Title Match Air Boom vs. Jack Swagger & Dolph Ziggler: Why do I have the feeling this match is just going to be another segment in the Swagger-Ziggler feud that never ends and no one wants to see? Tag Team wrestling is still a reality in the WWE lets not jinx this. Fun match great back and fourth. Kingston gets rid of Swagger but Dolph hits Kofi with a Zig Zag to put him out. Kofi trips up Dolph and Bourne flips Swagger off the top with a hurricanrana and pins him to keep the titles. Again the highlight goes to the WWE announce team as Cole says Air Boom is the worst team name since Harlem Heat.

Intercontinental Title Match Cody Rhodes vs.John Morrison: The dude had an “impromptu” match against John Morrison…really John Morrison if your going to have a filler match at least use Curt Hawkins or someone who has talent. Like I have said for weeks now Cody Rhodes is the truth. Rhodes put Morrison in the Figure Four leglock as the crowd chanted “Woo” in honor of Ric Flair. Morrison came back did some flippy do’s. The announcers barely put Morrison’s offense. Rhodes pinned him after an Oklahoma Roll to win at the 7 minute mark.

FUCK YEAH THE VINTAGE IC TITLE !!!!!!!!! Cody Rhodes did what CM Punk promised to do but never did, a throwback to our childhoods. He even used the white strap its the little details people.

World Heavy Weight Title Match – Hell in a Cell: Mark Henry vs. Randy Orton: You know what pisses me off sometimes the Champion walks out first. I hate when that happens, the champion should come out last. WWE likes to make the fans wait to do the babyface pop. Im not with all that. We all knew this match wasn’t going to be a technical match, Henry dominated a bulk of the match. Super RKO hit the RKO. Henry kicked out at two. The crowd went nuts as Orton set up for the punt, but Mark popped up and hit the World’s Strongest Slam for the win.

After the match Henry grabbed the steel chair, trying to break Orton’s ankle, with a Vader Bomb, but Orton moved. He picked up the chair, chair shot to the back as well as another to the chest. Then he hit another shot to the back as Henry collapsed. Despite two clean finishes, the wrestling gods will give us Henry/Orton 3. I cant lie I enjoyed this match we know its all about raw strength on Henry’s part and Orton has been booked really strong during his babyface run. WWE creative is doing a great job of putting Henry over. Most likely this feud will go till Vengeance. If Sheamus gets added to the title hunt Smackdown will have the more interesting title matches.

Divas Championship Match Kelly Kelly vs. Beth Phoenix: Let me just tell you how it ends since we all just look at Hot Eve Torres the whole time. Natalya and Eve get into it on the outside and Natalya slams Eve into the barricade. Beth distracts the ref and Natalya slams the mic into Kelly’s face. Beth hits the glam slam and the victory. Why not just give her the win in her home town at Night Of Champions?

Triple Threat – Hell in a Cell WWE Championship Match: John Cena vs Alberto Del Rio vs Cm Punk: I like to refer to triple threats as 3-way dances. ECW, ECW, ECW!!!! Great match with a ton of spots I especially liked the early spot where Cena whipped Punk, Punk saved himself in the corner and turned to point and laugh at Cena.

The finish! Almost every match on this show has had a great finish. This was some more evil heel genius. Ricardo introduces the pipe, lures Cena outside and Cena is LOCKED OUT. The clever thing was that Alberto and Punk continued to go back and forth but then Alberto pipes the crap out of Punk and WINS. Seconds later Awesome Truth are beating the shit out of wrestlers, referees, cameramen, the mysterious lowering of the Cell adding another layer of intrigue. I loved the whole sequence of events from Miz and Truth surrendering to police and Hunter going ham on a defenseless Awesome Truth. I wish cage matches had the same allure like they once had. But this was an exciting ending to enjoyable PPV the card wasn’t great like the three PPV’s past but the ending made up for it.

Closing thoughts: What was the point of bringing back Kevin Nash? What was the point of putting the title around Cena’s waist just to make him lose it 2 weeks after he won it to the same man he took it from? heres a fun fact 7 WWE Championship Changes since July 17, 2011, that’s 7 Title Changes in only 77 Days. What the hell is wrong with the creative team? At least Henry is still the champ.

Triple H starts the program and explains why Truth and Miz were fired, because of their words and actions from Night of Champions. Ziggs and Vickie come out to complain about guest host Hugh “Wolverine” Jackman interfering in Ziggs match last week. Seconds later Cody Rhodes hits the ring cuts a promo about Randy Orton bashing him with a ring bell on Smackdown.

Christian comes out to piss and moan to Hunter. Christian does his best impression of Sly Stallone from the movie F.I.S.T and attempts to organize the heels into filing a massive lawsuit against WWE. Captain Charisma being the selfish scumbag we all know and love tells Hunter he will forget the whole thing if he gets just one more match. Because HHH is snarky Hunter decides to book Christian against Cena (non-title), Orton on Friday and Sheamus at Hell In The Cell. While all this nonsense took place Dolph Ziggler has to face Zack Ryder while Cody has to defend the Intercontinental title in a 10-man battle royal. I blame Punk for all the wrestlers speaking their minds in these shoot style promos.

The first match of the night was the Intercontinental Title 10-Man Battle Royal. Remember when the IC title was the cooler title than the heavy weight? Shit I do… I use to backyard wrestle and could give two flying shits about any other title. The IC belt was held by the best of the best. Any way there are a whole bunch of workers in this match so allow me to run through this match fast. Drew McIntyre who hasn’t had a push in what seems like years gets eliminated immediately because he’s a jobber and cant sell a t-shirt. Heel Sin Cara the taller one runs out and yanks out baby-face Sin Cara the smaller one out of the ring and we get week two of a lucha off. Justin Gabriel and Alex Riley get eliminated by the machine Sheamus, Ezekiel Jackson tosses Daniel Bryan and John Morrison at the same time.

Do we even care for this match? NO…Ted Dibasie get tosses out by Cody Rhodes because Rhodes has more charisma in his pinky than Ted does in his who being. Jackson attempts to get rid of Cody but Rhodes is clearly going to win this. Jackson is gone. Sheamus dominates as usual an attempts the Razor’s Edge but Christian runs down to the ring distracts Sheamus, Cody avoids the Brogue Kick and use the mask as a weapon for the WIN.

Backstage has David Otunga and John Laurinaitis are talking about how Otunga might have to put that Harvard degree to good use. If my wife was Jennifer Hudson I’d play wrestling lawyer too. He reminds me of IRS and Right To Censor’s Steven Richards.

Michael Cole gave us an update on the King’s condition. Cole said King has anal bleeding? @jonconnormusic tweeted “How does one say that with a straight face”? Booker T’s reactions to anal bleeding is priceless.

Kelly Kelly and Eve vs Beth Phoenix and Natalya. Hot Eve Torres is sporting bangs and I don’t know if I like the change. Its the same match week in and week out a bunch of sweet butts jumping around. The most impressive move I have ever seen a diva do was Natalya doing this leg submission, that stretched out on Hot Eve Torres on her back. Phoenix hits Kelly Kelly from behind, with a Glam Slam for the victory.

Mark Henry destroys the Big Khali, giving him the World’s Strongest Slam. John Cena vs Christian Del Rio and Punk were on commentary for this match.

Cena’s facial expression and reaction to to HIAC reminds me of my goddaughters first experience with Christmas light. At the time she was 8 months old and was mesmerized with by the twinkle. Anyway Cena cut a quick promo in hyping up the HIAC match. The PPV poster has the tag line “John Cena goes to hell” with his face surrounded by Flocka flames. Cena gets the win over Christian, SHOCKER. Del Rio and CM Punk are commentating that’s a win huh folks. The jabs back and fourth between Punk and ADR made a shit match watchable.

WWE rewards Zack Ryder with TV time, for getting WWE more mainstream publicity. Ryder really should tweet Weapon X a thank you. Hugh Jackman made Ryder look money on last week’s show. the was a great look for both WWE and Ryder. With a Jack Swagger assist Dolph Ziggler keeps his title. AirBoom come out to help Mr WOO WOO WOO YOU KNOW IT BRO.

Otunga is backstage with Cody, Ziggler, Vicky and Christian giving them legal counseling. He cites “unsafe working conditions” if I wanted legal jargon type television I would watch Franklin and Bash on TNT starring Zack Morris…great show watch it. Honestly this has been the most interesting thing Otunga has ever done in his short wrestling career.

CM Punk vs Del Rio had a great back and forth. CM Punk coming out winner with a clean finish was a head scratcher. Meanwhile the cell comes down, Del Rio’s ringside announcer Ricardo Rodriguez is locked in with Cena and Punk. Anytime Ricardo gets TV time its awesome. CM Punk and Cena try to hit each other but Del Rio comes out of nowhere and bawse’s with a chair.

Closing thoughts: I liked the ending alot. It was great to see ADR be the aggressor, after being super Cena’d at last months PPV. This attack mby Del Rio makes him look stronger. Do I think Del Rio still needs the the strap to be over… YES. I will go into detail about the mainevent next week. As much as I clown Otunga, I want to see what goes on with this angel. If the heels strike and to a protest or some wacky shit like that I think all of the IWC (Internet Wrestling Community) will lose its shit. Its genius if you think about it.

This past weekend 9/24/11 at a House Show in El Paso, Texas. Punker ends the show by paying tribute to Eddie Guerrero in his hometown.

Hunter/Punk/Johnny Ace segment opens up the show with Punk claiming that Ace is manipulating he and hunter..Hunter makes Punk/Cena/Del Rio in a Hell In A Cell for the HIAC PPV.. Johnny Ace wishes Punk best of luck in his future endeavors and fires him, Hunter unfired him and says he is getting to the bottom of the conspiracy and someone is getting fired tonight.I was expecting a way better Pipe Bomb than what was said.Punk has been hit or miss yet when he is on camera were all compelled to watch.

8 Man tag:Sheamus, Gabriel, & Air Boom beat Barrett, Christian, McGuilicutty & Otunga Shemus pins McGuilicuty off the Cross while stairing a whole thru Christian.Sheamus is pale and scary. Del Rio is fighting someone now but they didn’t announce who..Music hits its John Morrison all our interest is lost, cross arm breaker for the submission.The match had be 2 minutes at most.

Wolverine Ziggler/Vickie are in the ring..Ziggs calls em Batman..says he is not here to fight robots and says “sorry Mason Ryan”.Hugh Jackman mind you is pretty damn tall. Logan says he is going to find an “underdog” in the locker room to fight Ziggler.We want Ryder chants just picked up..Jackman grabs a sign in the crowd that says Ryder < Wolverine and holds it up for all to see. So yeah, its Zac Ryder.

Sin Cara vs Cody Rhodes..its Mistico Cara.. Now here comes Hunico… CARA AND CARA circle each other as the announcers pretend there is no height difference. They trade head scissors and Mistico dropkicks him out of the ring and I guess we are not getting the match. Seriously dumb segment as they have their announcers not have a clue which is which when the height difference is so freaking obvious. I need to see this Lucha off on PPV. I think this match will be so dope.

Miz & Truth are backstage apologizing to Hunter.. He accepts and fines them 250,000 a piece.. and books them against Punk and Cena as our main event.

Henry/Orton inside the Cell at HIAC as announced by Jr. It was weird as when they came back Teddy Long’s music was playing and he was leaving the ring. Mark Henry is pretty damn awesome these days, not gonna lie. Henry is demanding an apology from JR! And after he does he announces he hates ass kissers and grabs him by the tie.. Lawler for the save.. damn Henry just stared thru his soul.. he finally lets him go and now he has king by the shirt…”You want me to let go, NOW YOU GONNA TAKE HIS PLACE, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?!” World Strongest Slam as Henry continues to be WCW VADER in 2011.. freaking awesome.. Now he is taking apart the announce table. Guess Orton isn’t on TV tonight. World’s Strongest Slam thru the announce table. 2011 the year of MizzzMark.JR left to help King to the back it seems.. So we get Stuck with Josh Matthews. Josh in spurts is tolerable but the way he and Cole go back and forth gets on my nerves. Where was Booker T? I thought Cole, King and Booker did a great job at NOC.

The Divas of Doom Vs Kelly & Hot Eve Torres. Cuzo Drew texted me saying “I am willing to bet Beth can bench press Punk without even breaking a sweat”.Eve rolled up Nat within a few seconds. Purple is Eve’s color. I really do love her.

We get another Jackman/Ryder segments, these are so money. “So let me get this,you are hardly on Raw, the divas want nothing to do with you and you made up your own Internet championship. Ryder:”Whoo whoo whoo you know it!”Weapon X calls him delusional and picks Ryder as his official”underdog” so we are getting Zack vs Dolph. Ziggs put him over a on twitter there has been a few times when Ziggs was out there on commentary he spoke good things about Ryder. The match was short lived, however Jackman is sporting the Browski headband SWAG!! Vickie just got ejected for slapping Zack so while she is getting tossed we get Jackman with a big right hand to Ziggs setting up a Rough Ryder and Ryder wins. Logan and Zack both do a WOO WOO WOO.This whole Jackman/Ryder segment stole the show.

Cena/ Punk vs. The Miz/R-Truth.The Miz and R-Truth never disappoint I think Miz being truths hype man is great. Lets fast forward to the end. GTS on Miz gets Cena/Punk the win..Cena raises Punk’s hand high and here comes the Game to fire someone Miz & Truth are fired negating all logic from the apology segment..Miz & Truth are heading back stage and they attack Hunter in front of the entire roster..So the roster pulls them off Hunter and tosses them out of the building.

Closing Thoughts; This is probably to set up Rock, Cena, Punk & Hunter vs Miz Truth Del Rio and a 4th heel at Survivor Series. @TheRealJeffPeck: poised a great question via twitter last night.Who will be gone off of WWE TV longer when it’s all said & done? CM Punk from July 2011 or The Miz & R-Truth from Sept. 2011?

The amount of Cena is selfish tweet really got me mad. Cena isnt hogging the spotlight the guy pushes for the younger talent to get pushes… Cena is a huge supporter of Zac Ryder.I thought Hugh Jackman did a great job in hosting the show, he really made RAW a fun watch. Ryder’s wrestling ability might be mediocre but he is entertaining to watch.

What a Kanye shrug of a main event. Did we really need three run ins during this match? What I was hoping would be the match of the night turned into the Vince Russo’s specialty. I get why Kevin Nash ran out and attacked both Punk and Hunter. Earlier in the evening John Laurinaitis was seen sending a text so it makes sense why Kevin Nash emerged through the crowd.

I don’t understand the reason for Miz and R-Truth. Wouldn’t Miz and R-Truth want Punk to pin Triple H. I mean for weeks on RAW they both talked a lot of poop about Hunter. Honestly I think all of us wanted another Kliq member to run in. X-pac in instead of Nash would have been money. Pac was super impressive at Chikara’s Kings of Trios. Punk and Pac, both have similar styles, actually wrestling would occur.

Don’t get me wrong I really enjoy the match both Punk and Hunter made the other look good. The spot where Punk went inside the ring and climbed to the top rope for a Randy Savage flying elbow, which sent them both through the table made me mark out. Triple H has ONLY wrestled twice this year and you wouldn’t know it. People REALLY hate HHH for winning this, contrary to the IWC (Internet Wrestling Community) belief. Punk is not being buried, Punk didn’t come off as weak, Punk is now moreover than ever. His baby-face status he will sell a ton of Ice-Cream bar t-shirts. I see a rematch happening at WWE’s next PPV Hell In The Cell.

strong>WWE Tag Team Title Match: Air Boom vs.The Miz and R Truth opened the show. I know it was said Miz and Truth would be tag team champions but that didn’t happen. The double splash from the top turnbuckle to the outside was amazing. The ending to this match was a mega was a letdown Air Boom won via DQ. Afterwards Miz and Truth started with the conspiracy promo talk excellent ensures again.

WWE US Title Match: Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. John Morrison vs. Alex Riley. The in-ring work entertained me. the Vickie Guerrero triangle is eeh. Ziggler needs to break away from Vickie. Ziggler is money yet he is stuck in a mid-card feud with Swagger. As for Riley and Morrison you guys are forgettable characters. Swagger and Ziggler carried the whole match.

WWE Intercontinental Title Match: Cody Rhodes vs. Ted DiBiase Jr. The awesomeness of Cody Rhodes is slept on saw multi twitter conversations about Cody not having the charisma of his dad Dusty or brother Dustin (GoldDust). Rhodes has solid in-ring work. being in the shadow of his dad and brother is a massive disadvantage, let the kid cook hes getting heat from paper bags. YES PAPER BAGS!!! Ted Jr. cant sell for shit. He sold fatigue a little, but never sold the back damage. The ending was quick, with a rollup tight hold but I’m not mad at it.

WWE Divas Champion: Kelly Kelly vs. Buffalo’s own Beth Phoenix I walked away after the introductions. Honestly I just wanted to see hot Eve Torres. The crowd pop for Beth was almost CM Punk Chicago cool. I came back from making a sandwich to see Kelly Kelly retain the championship, Beth Phoenix is thick chick hot.

WWE Heavyweight Title Match: Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry I enjoyed this match, I know I use to say I dont see it but Henrys promos really caught my intrest. Ortan can tell a story in the ring the dude is just good at what he does. Orton played up Henry’s strength. Henry kicked Orton in the knee Orton couldn’t get up. Henry stood there and watched Orton try to get up and hit the RKO but Henry just pushed him away. Henry hits his finisher… Badass way to finish a match.

Mark Henry, enjoy the reign. The whole angle between him and Orton has been booked really well. At first I didn’t get the Henry push. All the Hall of Pain stuff really caught my attention. For 15 years Henry was part of ridiculous story lines, forgotten pushes through out all that he has paid his dues, Henry is a senior man with the company and deserves this success. If they can put a belt on Mysterio, Sheamus, Swagger and Christian Henry has every right to be champion. Since Sheamus is the new baby-face I see some shenanigans for a number one contender match between him and Christian. My money is Sheamus-Henry going to Hell In A Cell, but Christian vs Henry would be a good watch as well. REMEMBER Daniel Bryan still has the MITB briefcase.

WWE Championship Match: Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena cant lie I enjoyed this match more than Punk vs Hunter. The decision to put the strap on Cena again makes me realize the WWE will not make radical change. I feel they wont invest the time to see a story line flesh out, instead they panic and go to old reliable John Cena. Don’t get it twisted Cena plays a vital role in the company he doesn’t need the title. Cena wins the title as many times as he wipes his ass it happens so frequently. WWE creative puts belt on Del Rio in hopes that it will make him a top WWE superstar. A month in to ADR’s reign, Cena reclaims the strap and Del Rio got buried. Maybe ADR’s visa issue played a role in the title switch, who knows. I do think Del Rio will be champion going into WWE’s tour of Mexico.

Hopefully tonights RAW answers a lot of questions, mostly the Hunter/Punk match. At this point the Cena/ Del Rio feud will sort it self out. Hopefully the booking of mark Henry will contiune to be interestng as it has been. Night Of Champions was no where near what MITB was or SummerSlam. I will ask this question has the CM Punk buzz died down? Let me know your thoughts.

I had Monday Night RAW on the DVR so yu best believe thats how I spent my Saturday Night. For the first time in a long time…weeks RAW didn’t start with Triple H. The mark in me knew that Hunter was going to end the program. Del Rio starts off the show. ADR cuts a brilliant spanglish promo. RAW was live in the New Jersey of the north Canada. Bret Hart lives their (cheap pops ensues) lets have him add heat for ADR. The Hitman say your not a real champion until you go out and wrestle day in an day out blah, blah, blah.

Del Rio had a great response to Bret’s homeless look. Cena comes out to save the day does the whole sarcastic tough guy act than BAM tag team match tonight ADR/Ricardo vs Bret/Cena. I wonder if both Bret and John went shopping at the “Hey Wear Ridiculous Short Store”.

Riley/Morrison beat Swagger/Ziggler setting up the fatal 4 way at NOC. I think Ziggler is so underused. Riley is over so a United States title change could happen at Night Of Champions. All the fuckery between Vicki and her clients might work in favor of Riley. Fast forward to the Miz/Truth segment which by the way was amazing. I hated Miz for such a long time, he was the dude from the Real World but then his title run really made me respect dude as a worker. R-Truth NEVER EVER disappoints.

When has Truth ever said a bad line? The Ninja please line made me LOL in real life, had that line been said in the USA it would of went over Canada only cares for Hitman and Edge. Miz beat Kofi.. Miz/Truth vs Air Boom at NOC is going to be a great match. Anyone else excited that TAG TEAM WRESTLING is getting a nice push…. tweet @emiliosparks if you agree.

Kelly vs Vickie Guerrero no one cared. Swagger comes out during that match punches Zig they got into it earlier and Kelly rolls Vickie up for the three count. After match Vickie yells at Zigs, Beth tries to run in but Kelly see’s her coming throws the sloppiest punches that Beth had to sell then bails. Beth Phoenix is sorta hot like some days hot some days not. Zac Ryder was the slam of the week could it be a push? Most likely not but lets all do a WOOO WOOO WOOO YOU KNOW IT BRO.

Lawler and a mystery partner vs Otunga/mcguilicutty its freaking tag team mania tonight I love it. Lawler’s partner… Sheamus aka let the pale guy steam roll right thru the fuckers. WWE please keep doing these Lawler mystery partner angles. Lawler’s partner next week should be Trent Barreta. That dude is money!

Eight minutes of eeh aka Bret/Cena vs Alberto/Ricardo. I do get a kick out of Ricardo matter fact Ricardo is actually a indy guy from Cali. Ricardo tapped to the shooter after Del Rio bailed on the match. Ricardo worked like Heenan pretty much. How did Bret do you ask? Better than usual.. basically did he one move and that’s that..

Randy Orton vs Cody Rhodes this has to be the third time they have fought this month and I’m not mad at that. mark Henry Had awesome promo this week, which makes me say let that boy cook. Orton vs Cody was a solid match. Henry watching from the aisle. Cody wins.. Distraction from Henry and a mask shot from Rhodes. I hope you realize that Cody Rhodes is no joke. I’m calling it now future WWE champion, he has charisma just watch the paper bag stick he does during his entrance. Henry with a chair bashes Orton in the back and raises the world title high in the air.

Punk/HHH face to face Punk’s over as all heck in Canada. Phil lights the ultimate pipe bomb the “body builder” complex that vince has. Meaning the big guys where pushed to the moon because of size. Think Lesner, Goldberg, Big Show, Batista, Cena, HHH, Hogan, Nash, Warrior, Undertaker, Kane, Yokozuno, Sid vicious, Sheamus, and so on. All these guys are ‘big guys’ who WWE saw as champions only because of there size….maybe. Keep in mind the art of wrestling has nothing to do with big business, WWE is a business. Businesses are out to make money. If a bigger guys is going to make more money as the champion, he deserves the belt. If he doesn’t draw he doesn’t deserve to hold the title for a long time. That goes for the little dudes and the big dudes.

Ice cream bars chant yet again haha pretty funny stuff.. Punk makes mention to his PPV debut where he was on Team DX and the crowd was chanting “CM Punk” this is one of the better promo’s since Punks promo that changed it all. Hunter plays the perfect season veteran who tells the young pugs that getting over is due to hard work and how Punk made this personal. His mic gets cut off once he says Hunter’s real name. Hunter gives Punk another mic. He calls Hunter Paul again and is cut off… third mic now as Hunter is playing dumb to it. A FED UP PHIL SMASHES PAUL IN THE HEAD WITH THE MIC AND DOES THE CROTCH CHOP. Fade to black show ends.

Closing thoughts: I’m calling it now WWE will be 3 for 3 with this PPV’s. The ending of RAW just made WWE’s buy rate go through the roof. Until this point Phil and Paul really didn’t tap in to the awesome of what the fan could expect now one assumes a great match will happen. I enjoyed a Kevin Nash less RAW lets keep it that way come today. I have been getting email about the finish, honestly I don’t know whats to come. I do think an interference, I’m hoping X-Pac so HHH and his buddies can run this company as a heels. I wish a Colt Cabana run in would go down but thats likely NEVER to happen. Del Rio over Cena because WWE wants Del Rio to be the champion going into there up coming Mexico tour. Night Of Champions happens today order it on Pay-Per-View.

The WWE’s Yoshi Tatsu revealed a new look at the recent episode of NXT. Yoshi, known previously as a happy go lucky kind of guy, has returned as a darker, no nonsense character. Matt Striker claims this is a Yoshi Tatsu full of rage and intensity. Striker even compared him to The Great Muta during commentary. It’s too bad no one really watches NXT, because this is pretty intriguing, even though this whole angle started because of a toy. Tyson Kidd destroyed Tatsu’s action figure a few months back. It’s true. Yoshi Tatsu is fucking pissed off. This is why people think wrestling is stupid. Regardless of any of that, Tatsu and Kidd are some of the best wrestlers in the company.

While he hasn’t been on TV too much, Zack Ryder’s been putting himself out there with his Youtube video series. We thought he’d getting more television exposure last month, but his storyline was quickly dropped, or so we thought until Monday. On this weeks episode, he celebrates getting a big match with Jerry Lawler and a video package on Monday Night Raw. Is he finally getting proper recognition from his own company, or are they fucking with him like they’ve been doing for months now. How long until they make him pull his Z! True Long Island Story webisodes? He’s getting too popular on his own, which is a no-no in WWE for some stupid reason. Zack Ryder, we support you.

Real talk, I never thought much of Zack Ryder until I started watching his “Z True Long Island Story“. I said on my radio show many times, who is the douche bag wearing a headband and half-trunks/half-tights?

Because I enjoy comedy and anything outside the box to create a name for one self, I did some reading about the hype Zack Ryder created. Like most second and third tier roster wrestlers, Ryder was annoyed that he was getting NO TV time. Matter fact, only time I ever seen Ryder on TV, he was standing in the background or was comedic relief in a 2 minute skit. So with dreams of being internet famous like you and I, Ryder created his own Youtube account and pretty much did whatever the fuck he wanted. His web series pokes fun at not only himself but other wrestlers in a funny, light hearted way. Think reality television or zany sitcoms.

How can you not be entertained with Zack Ryder’s “Z True Long Island Story”? Ryder created his own push with the help of social media.

Definition of Push: When a wrestler gains popularity with wins and or positive exposure.

Now, Zack Ryder is so over that guys like John Cena, The Miz, ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, Chris Jericho all sing Ryder’s praise. Even CM Punk has said “why isn’t Zack Ryder on TV?” We’ve been seeing more of him on Raw and Smackdown in the last couple of weeks. Let’s see where this goes.

But even though the WWE is finally listening to the fans by putting Ryder on television, it’s a head scratcher that WWE.com has not grabbed Ryder’s talents for one of their own Internet segments. Miz and Morrison had success with their segments. For the brief time Colt Cabana was signed with the WWE, he had his own show called What’s Crackin’ with Scotty Goldman. WHY NOT TRY the same thing with Ryder? Social media is more important now than ever before. He’s connecting with the fans with his own show and through Twitter and Facebook. Zack Ryder is money, without even being on TV or Pay Per View. Ryder is making WWE money by advertising his shirts and action figures on his Youtube. Thats what it’s about kids – MONEY.

When I first saw the Internet Championship, I was like “eeh a Kids Intercontinental title covered in stickers”. But it grew on me. This Internet Championship can be that bullshit title people give a shit about like Taz’s FTW title or even the later years WCW World Television Championship. Consider this…WWE creative let him successfully defend the title at a house show; in the future, maybe even on a Superstars, possibly wear it on a RAW run in or use it in some clever reference and it will go over.

Did you scums know that Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder wrestled as a tag team called Myers and Matthews in the indy fed New York Wrestling Connection? Both got signed in an open try out worked their way up in the now defunct Deep South territorial system debut through a series of run ins to help save Edge during one of his many title reigns. They were dubbed The Edge heads and won the Tag Team championship.

“John Cena is poopy!” – CM Punk

From start to finish it was a card that catered to the IWC. The build on the way in was simply fantastic and has been covered here on Emiliosparks.com in great detail. CM Punk spoke for us all, and we were hooked. Little did we know, or believe that the entire night would be hit after hit after hit (minus maybe the divas match, and Mark Henry but hey I enjoyed Mark Henry).

The crowd was simply fantastic, hot from the start. The PPV freaking OPENED to “CM PUNK” chants for crying out loud, ’cause after all they were in Chicago. The opening match was a fantastic Money In the Bank bout that saw 8 of Smackdown’s finest going for a future shot at the World Championship (Any time, any place, if you know the gimmick you know the match.)

Immediately the internet freaking exploded when Daniel Bryan (former ROH alumni and world champion: Bryan Danielson) captured the briefcase and won the contract. Bryan’s been pushed on and off since his debut, but I don’t think anyone saw his win coming. The crowd freaking exploded.

The women’s match, was a women’s match so who freaking cares. Mark Henry Vs. Big Show was fun for what it was, short.. sweet and the right guy went over in “If I charge for air, you Better Pay Your Bills” Henry. Christian challenged Randy Orton for the Smackdown World title, in a match that saw Christian cheered heavy throughout DESPITE playing bad guy, he came out the winner via DQ (stip said if Orton was DQ he’d lose the belt) and you’d expect the crowd to boo over a screwy finish but they didn’t, in fact they rejoiced heavy.

After the match I learn something, they’ve put a lot of freaking work into the Spanish Announce Table these days! Seriously Orton laid Christian out with an RKO and that thing just wouldn’t break!

The crowd remained hot here as they began to cheer Orton (who they were against all match) as he made his way up the ramp, screaming “One More Time”. So Orton went back out there, did the move again AND IT STILL failed to break the freaking table!

The Raw Money In The Bank, that saw a rabid crowd boo Rey Mysterio out of the freaking building! Seriously when they thought he would win, the boo birds were in full effect, man Chicago is a hell of a town, eh? Alberto Del Rio came out on top, making him both the number one contender AND “Senior Money in the Bank”.

Should be interesting to see where that goes. Finish was pretty cool, although a bit messed up. Del Rio unmasked Mysterio as they both battled up top opposing ladders, Rey choose to cover up his face in stead of going for the case and thus fell to his doom. Del Rio was clearly supposed to just grab the case at this point, but Rey had fallen in such a way that it sent his ladder back into Del Rio’s sending Del Rio crashing to the canvas. The Finish was messed up, but Del Rio just set up his ladder and grabbed the belt to a nice ovation so it worked.

And then came the main event, the crowd was in a frenzy as Punk was introduced first with his custom one night only t-shirt. The boo birds were in full effect for John Cena, although you can here a FEW scattered cheers.

They went out there and through caution to the wind going for 33 minutes, in a truly epic encounter that has to be the WWE’s match of the year! Everything clicked, in spite of a few botches. They toyed with the viewers emotions at points. Near the end Vince and his Executive Vice President Johnny Ace hit the entrance way as Cena had Punk in the STF.

He demanded the bell be rung, as if this was Montreal in ’97. BUT PUNK was no Bret Hart, as the officials back was turned and Vince was too far away from the ring. SOO he sent Johnny Ace down there to put a stop to the match, and as Ace made it to ringside Cena released the hold and PUNCHED HIM OUT!

He was not about to win like that, if he was going to win he was going to do it on his own. AND IF HE WAS GOING TO WIN THE CROWD WOULD’VE RIOTED! Seriously multiple signs said such, and I truly believe it to be the case (well maybe not, shh I’m marking out). Cena then re-entered the ring, and WALKED RIGHT INTO THE GO 2 SLEEP FROM PUNK! One 3 count later and Punk had done it! He had won the world title on his LAST NIGHT IN THE COMPANY!

After the bell rang an irate Vince McMahon commandeered commentator Jerry Lawler’s headset and DEMANDED that Del Rio come out and cash in his World Title shot. This was it, I knew this would be it, there’s no freaking way Punk was leaving with the gold if his contract had really expired. Del Rio quickly hit ringside with tremendous hustle, the second he rolled into the ring WHAMO! PUNK KO’D HIM WITH A HUGE FREAKING KICK! Punk looked around, huge almost joker like smile on his face, AND MADE A QUICK EXIT WITH THE BELT! Stopping in front of Vince to blow a kiss in his direction and wave goodbye, BEFORE TAKING OFF INTO THE CROWD! The show ended with Punk exiting through the crowd! HE HAD DONE IT! AND WITH THAT THE INTERNET EXPLODED! No one saw it coming, but it happened! What happens next? Will it be worthy enough to write about? One can only hope!

In closing, it’s moments and events like this past Sunday that remind us just why we’re fans in the first place! Enjoy it and let’s hope it last for a long, long time.

After leaving the WWE as champion this past Sunday, CM Punk is the biggest deal in wrestling. While he’s been erased from WWE.com, and mentioning his name on their programming is banned, Punk is still a hot topic on the internet. He’s being ignored on WWE television to make this storyline seem as legitimate as possible, but the company is finding other ways to keep this angle going strong. Earlier today, Punk crashed the WWE panel discussion at the San Diego Comic Con, to the shock and delight of many fans. Equipped with a megaphone and his new title belt, the WWE champion interrupted the guests and confronted Triple H, the new heir to the throne of the company. Check it out!

Scunge says WWF Ice Cream Bars. I don’t have to say much else…but I will. For about 15 years, WWF/E Ice Cream Bars dominated my ice cream truck purchases. The frozen treat was fairly simple in design; soft butter cookie out front, vanilla mass produced ice cream in the middle, milk chocolate crisp in the back.

But the genius wasn’t in the flavor; although the soft butter cookie was extremely intoxicating and delicious, it was in the marketing of the WWF/E Superstars of the day. You see the cookie was imprinted with stars from the ebb and flow of years gone by.

Everyone from Hogan to Piper to Savage to JYD to Warrior to Bret to HBK to Luger, Diesel, Razor, Taker, Stone Cold…all the way up to the last series featuring Y2J, Edge and the Hardyz. With a Z. And not only was the cookie featuring our favorite wrestlers, but for the majority of the bars run also included a baseball card and a cutout of a sometimes matching, sometimes not Superstar on the back of the box.

Unfortunately, the ice cream line was cancelled around a decade ago much to the dismay of everyone in the world. But there may be hope for fans of the fat. As seen recently during the CM Punk loose cannon storyline in which he has been “shooting” on the live WWE Raw program, mentioning topics that are very taboo in the “E”…including…you got it…his disappointment about never receiving an ice cream bar featuring his likeness.

Now I know this is a longshot, but Scunge says this is the perfect time to repackage and rerelease the old faithful that’s been missing from my mouth *pause* and stomach for years. I want it. You want it. The world wants it. Vince, if anyone can do it, you can do it.

Recycle the idea like only you can…get the WWE Ice Cream Bars back on the street. Thank you and I love you. Good night.
